Jan 24,2024I really enjoyed the three sessions exploring values and beliefs. The sessions allowed theory to be translated into practice allowing the concept of values and beliefs to be explored in practical coaching sessions. Six hours well spent!

Jan 22,2024A Good company to do the course with and enjoyed the Life coach course . Areas to improve on 1. Reduce paper work or have an easier trail to follow from the onset . 2. Ability to rejoin accelerator courses as refreshers if needed . Only allowed to do it the once . Also the whole accelerator course can be redesigned more effectively .

Jan 17,2024This is an excellent course with a highly skilled and experienced practitioner and trainer of NLP. Lots of opportunities for peer to peer practice. It's an intense course if chosen preferably to complete in one go over several weekends with the same group of participants, sometimes including a Friday evening and this makes it hard work online at times. Otherwise, the content, teaching materials and access to the online portal for webinars and recording progress during the course is of a high standard and easy to use. Highly recommend this course for those wishing to use NLP in their personal life and in coaching.

Jan 02,2024This is an intense training program that will give you the skills and tools to be an amazing coach. I was on the old system which was not as user-friendly as the new one but I still was able to do it. The new one sounds amazing. I have loved the trainers, the subject and how it becomes a language i not only understand but I can speak.

The day was so insightful and I learned a lot through the taught coursework and by going into breakout rooms to put into practice the things we had learned. I am on my way to becoming a qualified life coach and I'd really recommend training with The Coaching Academy.

Dec 16,2023I have had a fantastic experience as a student at The Coaching Academy. I have found it deeply insightful and reflective. I learnt so much on the accelerators/modules, particularly values and beliefs and DISC. I found the assessments to be the most valuable part of my learning, as the examiners are incredibly thorough and in depth. They gave me a clear indication on the areas in which I need to improve upon to be an excellent coach. Initially I did struggle with the self-study element, however, once I got my head round the portal and what I needed to do it all fell into place. I thoroughly enjoyed the webinars. The only part I wasn’t so keen on, was the peer to peer reviews, however, that was just my personal experience and I’m sure other people would have a totally different experience with the peer to peers. I really liked how thorough TCA are, as in there is equally as much theoretical work as there is practical, catering to all learning styles. Furthermore, I believe that it is crucial for a trainee coach to understand the theory of coaching in order to be an excellent coach. Dec 09,2023The Coaching Academy has really helped deliver the foundations that have helped set me up as a coach. Although I am still in the early days with my business, the personal growth and development I have experienced from doing the course has made this course so worth while. Now, I get to take the steps to earning from a career that has not only helped me evolve more into myself and has allowed me to find my purpose, but one where I can support others in doing the same. This has been the most rewarding year and a half of my life and I have the TCA, the team and the students I met along the way to thank for that. This course allows you to step into yourself and meet wonderful, like minded people along the way.
