Jul 15,2023I enjoyed the following aspects: - The highly coachable approach - Engaging activities conducted in virtual rooms - The comprehensive and highly useful written materials My suggestion for improvement, such as: - Including a session in the introduction that focuses on the written materials and provides guidance on their optimal usage. - starting the training at an earlier time. - Incorporating more extensive activities that involve group discussions and collaborative work. - And encouraging the participants to keep practicing after the program, to keep using and building on the coaching exercises we started in the virtual rooms?

Jul 03,2023This is the greatest investment I have made into myself! Whether you want to go into coaching as a business or just want to enhance your overall skills & portfolio as a person. The course is incredibly in depth and offers an abundance of quality content around life coaching. I was that satisfied, I also purchased the TCA coaching in education programme. Yes it is tough & it is a long term commitment but it's value for money & you learn so much about yourself and the networking opportunity is amazing. The only reason I have not put a 5 is because there were moments things were unclear but the team respond very well for the majority of the time to things clear.

Loads of support, excellent material so you can get cracking immediately as a coach and the camaraderie is exceptional. I’ve just completed my first Accelerator session and the time just flew by. Connecting with wonderful people and really sharing an aligned learning journey. Highly recommend.

Jun 26,2023The Accelerator session was very well organized with handouts available beforehand. I felt that I have learned a ton even after I read two books on the topic earlier. The best feature was the ability to discuss in groups what we have learned as well as an opportunity to coach someone else. I highly recommend Coaching Academy !
