Apr 25,2023This has been one of my most valuable learning platforms in terms of the quality of teaching how to coach, modelling, opportunities to practice, interaction with other colleagues, research references, books recommended and access to continuous professional development. In addition to all that is the flexibility to extend the time so that you can manage it with a heavy workload. This is absolutely amazing and the support has been great. If I know anyone planning to do a coaching course,I will whole-heartedly recommend The Coaching Academy.

Having signed up for The Coaching Academy's Personal Performance Diploma in coaching I decided to attend an additional further development day on Career Coaching. It was a worthwhile experience with lots of great content and useful tools and techniques to take away. The facilitator Sarah has a lovely open and positive style and she made the day really enjoyable. Great way to spend a Saturday.

I found there is a good balance between written work, practical assessments and reflection as part of the course. I also found the peers in the coaching industry make the experience fantastic as there is a sense of belonging to a tribe.

Apr 22,2023I recently completed my diploma in Life, Personal Performance Coaching, and I must say that it was a transformative journey for me. I enjoyed the program thoroughly and learned so many new things that have enriched me both professionally and personally. The program has helped me develop new skills and knowledge that I can use to help others on their personal development journeys. The resources, tools, and techniques provided were highly practical, and I have already been able to apply them successfully in my coaching practice. What I appreciate most about the program is that it not only taught me how to be an effective life coach but also helped me to gain a deeper understanding of myself. The program enabled me to explore my strengths, weaknesses, values, and beliefs, and helped me to grow in many areas of my life. Apr 28,2023The sessions were extremely informative, friendly and engaging. The breakout rooms forced me outside my comfort zone and were an ideal opportunity to meet other students and practise my communication skills. The sessions were filled with great energy!
