Jan 18,2023Ordered online on Christmas eve trousers arrived brilliant and comfortable. Sadly there was a seam stitch problem. I contacted Craig who very quickly organised a replacement pair. These things happen during manufacturing and its not Country Catalogues fault. Its how it gets resolved. Craig sorted it out very efficiently with no hassle he even sent me a label to send them back offering to gat courier to pick package up. I will have no hesitation buying from Craig’s company again. The trousers are first class and service back up is excellent. Thanks.

Jan 15,2023Good delivery service given holiday period and a welcome discount on first order. Book had indentations on the front hardcover on arrival, which rather spoils the look, but not worth effort of sending back. Either the last one in stock or missed in quality control perhaps.
