Any order may be cancelled within 4 days from receipt of goods and goods must returned within 10 days of cancellation. In order that we can issue a full refund, goods should be returned in an unworn/unused condition, complete with tags attached and in the original packaging.
I can not rate this business highly enough. Their level of customer is stellar, the speed and efficiency of dispatching purchases and rectifying issues is exemplary. I purchased multilple items in my expected sizes. On arrival several needed to be exchanged. Within 3 days of my initial email (incidentally sent on easter Sunday) i had received numerous emails updating me on the progress, received my replacement items and my return items collected. Wow! Thank you so much, you niw have a loyal customer for life!

Update to all this. I had to go through my bank to secure my refund! I ordered a pair of deck shoes. When they arrived they had been worn. My wife immediately contacted the company via phone, but was on answerphone so she left a voice message ref the problem, gave order number and her telephone number for a call back. In the mean time after a couple of hours I decided to send an email explaining shoes had been delivered, but had been sent out to me already worn. I asked for advice on how to return them for a refund. I received an email back from Craig. He apologised, and told me he’d just sent out a replacement pair. Also said he would be getting in touch with Chathams as they had supplied these deck shoes to him. Craig ignored my request for advice on the returns procedure for a refund, just decided to send out another pair. My wife then phoned the company to try to stop him sending out this 2nd pair. Craig told her the shoes were already with courier, my wife told him I wanted a refund not replacement. Craig became very argumentative, told her he was short staffed and very tired and didn’t understand why I didn’t want a good pair of shoes at a very good price. Seriously, this is not the type of resistance you want from someone in business who sent out a pair of shoes that had been worn He put the phone down on my wife. She called back, and asked him why he’d put the phone down as nothing positive had been gathered from emails or phone calls. He denied putting phone down Unfortunately he sent more emails and I responded back each time. He made it very personal which was ridiculous, I’ve never known anything like it, and I’ve bought many purchases online. Needed to make some returns, but not received this negative personal experience. It was unbelievable! I ordered a pair of deck shoes I received a worn pair I asked for returns advice as I wanted a refund, and it all went nuts from then on. I’ve read the negative trustpilot reviews this evening, and someone else had had the phone put down on them when speaking to him Someone else called him a liar! I’m now waiting for a response from him on my review. I’m sure he’ll have a go and make out my review is in unfair A lot more was said by him ie…blaming a young staff member who is going to be given more training Then another email told me the deck shoes were used previously as a store sample So which is it? 1. Chatham supplied these to him? 2 Young staff member had made mistake sending them out worn, and was going to receive further training? 3. They were shop samples? Absolutely unbelievable! I have emails with all the nonsense conversations, he can’t dispute any of this. The Shoes have been received back via tracking, I enquired about progress and was told you already know it’s been received, but no refund has been given yet. Throughout this process all I wanted wanted a NEW pair of shoes not worn shoes that were re boxed and sent out, although Craig said they come direct from Chatham, so obviously Chatham shoes despatch 2nd shoes and pass them off as new. I have to say this has been the worst online shopping experience, to have my work career questioned, to be sarcastically suggested that I didn’t go to law school in respect not quoting consumer rights that were brought up by Craig them tried to turn it on me for mentioning it. Craig has been totally unprofessional, clearly dis organised, and blamed one of his employees for not knowing what to do. Surely all returns should be checked before any refund is given before sending the same shoes out to me that were worn. if you choose to buy from this company, let’s hope the products you ask for are trouble free, because asking for your basic consumer rights seems to be meet by a very defensive person. I wish I was able to put all my emails so you could actually read them.

Trust Pilot have asked for a review, but the item has not arrived yet. 5 stars so far as the company is extremely conscientious from my experience to date. And as I have purchased Hoggs of Fife shirts before, I expect this rating to remain.
Competitive pricing but slow delivery - albeit this was recognised with a hand written apology , which was appreciated. Still don’t understand anyone using a covid / shipping issue reason on their website for possible delays!
