Bought a ring which said 'in stock' only for them to email saying they do not have my size in stock. I have been issued a refund, but they have still got my size 'in stock' on their website when I add it to my basket again. I bet they are doing this to loads of people to make people chose replacement rings, rather than shop elsewhere. If you only have specific sizes left. This should be made apparent on the website!!!!

Bought a sapphire and gold ring and then a sapphire and gold necklace for my wife and the quality is impressive. She is very happy and they have become her favourite items if jewellery. Prompt delivery as well. Ordered for anniversary outside of London and arrived within 2-3 days.
Misleading delivery timeframe. Order was a birthday gift and was not delivered as promised. It’s a shame a jewellery shop does it knowing many customers purchase gifts for special dates. Not recommend them and will return when item is delivered.

I am due to get married and spent many hours looking for the perfect wedding ring. I found a ring on the diamond store, ordered and it arrived 2 days later. Great I thought. Upon opening I thought wow this ring is stunning. Then upon taking it from the box I straight away noticed it did not look like a brand new ring. The band was worn, scratched and dull and the ring box was grubby. I immediately contacted the customer service, on the same afternoon that it was delivered. They responded with an email with a link to a download a return note and I sent back the next day, I was assured it would be looked into straight away and they would investigate. At this point I felt disappointed but thought they did reply quick so felt confident they would rectify. Not so, That was well over 2 weeks ago. I have chased and received copy and paste responses. I raised an official complaint and I am now dealing with Aleksandra the complaints team leader who assured me that it is being dealt with as a priority and a new ring would be sent. No updates. 5 days ago I was told it is with their senior jeweller and that she is waiting for an update and she should hear back at any moment and give me an update . That was the last I have heard from them. Bearing in mind, I was sent a ring that was in dreadful condition and the same ring currently being listed on their website, in my size, In stock for next day delivery I am appalled. Iv now asked if they can refund and I will go elsewhere, but once again so far no response. I am very feeling uneasy about how this is being dealt with. A wedding ring is a special piece of jewellery. This whole experience has been horrendous. I have no ring, no piece of mind and to make matters worse I paid a deposit and have a finance plan in place that I am now due to start paying and no ring. If you receive a perfect ring and do not have to bring up any issues I’m sure your experience will be different but my experience has been horrendous. I am really stressed, it’s not how I imagined purchasing my wedding ring would have gone 😓 I wish I had never purchased from this company. If I am able to share photos of the condition I received this ring in on here I will. I would hate anyone else to have this same experience.

Ordered an item for a birthday present. Sadly shortly after my order I received an email to notify me that the item was out of stock. Why has the website allowed me to order this? Very slow at email response. An item was located currently being hallmarked. Several times I explained I needed this item for 27th January. DPD are delivering it to me tomorrow, 28th January. Awful service, avoid at all costs.
Good company, very prompt response. However. Items listed may not be available. This then has a knock on effect. Unable to deliver when the website says they can. On purchase you are told delivery will be a special courier and a pin will be provided to receive the items. Courier is royal fail, who left item outside on a door step. With no signature... shocking
There is a beautiful lady posing with various rings on, this is to show you how big they actually are on the finger. They also have little videos showing them supposedly in real life, I went through each and every ring with great detail, sizing up the actual ring itself when it is on the finger, for height and width and just the colour of the stone itself, to get an overall idea of what you are actually buying. I like big rings and the stone itself is a ruby and I looked and looked at it, compared it to the other rings with rubies and decided this one was the best in colour and size and just right for me. Unfortunately, it arrived today, and to say im disappointed is an under statement, I feel that what I saw online, is not what it looks like in real life, and when I took it out of the box, I thought were is the ring, this looks very different in real life, and the colour is awful, I have a ruby and diamond eternity ring, it was expensive but boy, the rubies are dark and the ring is beautiful, so I was excited about receiving this ring to go with it, but it just looks cheap and nasty against my eternity ring, what a shame, another ring that will live in its box, awful. We sent the order and we didn't hear anything, no emails or letter saying anything was wrong, it hadn't arrived, so we rang the number that is online and we listened to the VT and pressed appropriate numbers to what we needed, didn't work, we tried 3 times, then tried all the other numbers and none of them worked, so we are then thinking oh this is bad, then we get an email saying the ring size was not included on the form, but you couldn't send the order without the ring size, so I don't understand, anyway we got a phonecall and my husband gave the ring size and we got a number for the postman when he delivers. So we have waited another week for the ring to arrive and it came today. My view is not good I'm affraid, and I would never buy from The Diamond Store again, I just feel ripped off, sorry Diamond Store, but that is how I feel at this time, we both feel the same, to the point of my husband apologising to me, I told him it wasn't his fault at all, Bless him. Anyway, I cannot tell you to buy or not from them, this is just my opinion i'm affraid.
