Feb 15,2025I ordered my size Z ring on 15th of December 2024. Following an email I understood that due to the size required , it would take longer to be sent out, I feel that should be mentioned when ordering as this was a Christmas present from my husband. Despite my repeated attempts to get an update on my order, I have only received responses to my chase emails with no concrete information on the whereabouts of my ring. I was disappointed with the lack of communication and resolution and I understand that there may have been unforeseen delays, but the prolonged silence is caused considerable inconvenience and frustration. However once delivered the ring itself is beautiful so I have no issues at all with the product. Can I suggest that you review your communication process as if I didn’t experience that, I would have given you 5 stars

We had a small hiccup with the delivery as DPD messed but the retailer customer service team was professional, efficient and proactive in resolving the issue. Special thanks to all of them as I've received my delivery with only a day delay. The earings are so nice that it was worth the wait
