Dec 29,2021This is the second off grid system I have bought from AIMS. They were very helpful with the first system I had set up at my 1800 sqft cabin and the system worked flawlessly. When I sold that home and bought another in Idaho I ordered and even bigger and better system from them (I now have a 2400 sq ft home). I am looking forward to setting it up (too much snow right at the moment) and getting the same high quality assistance and reliability from AIMS as I had previously.

Dec 18,2021Bought a charger for my battery. Installed it and it diddnt work. Tech support had me test it and told me to ship it back for a warrenty. At my expence. They messaged me back that it was working and wanted to bill me for return shipping. $21 when i paid $12 to send it back. I had to call them and explain how it was broken and they retested. Called me back and told me it was indeed defective and told me they would send me a new one. Then got an email that they are on back order. Had to call again and ask for a refund. They did refund me the cost of the unit. But did not refund the shipping. $18. They are getting a poor rating because there product was defective and i feel they should refund me the shipping and reimburse me for the return shipping. So. Buying an aims product costed me $30 for a defective part and a waisted month of my Life. Thaks aims!

Every time my concerns were answered with patients in care. I’m very happy with the service I received from The inverter store. Nov 30,2021Our 8K 48 volt split phase inverter system work's grate! Our system consists of 8K 48 volt split phase inverter, 48 volt solar charge controller, 16 AGM 12 volt batteries configured to four banks of four in series, and six 320 watt solar panels. Wiring the system is relatively easy but you should have lots of electrical experience before attempting it your self. Tech support is very good but it's a good idea you know what you are talking about before calling,they can be a little rough around the edges but that is understandable when you dealing with the public. We were in the Public Safety Communications business for over 35 years and the few times we delt with the public it didn't go well. Aim's makes a grate product and you cant go wrong purchasing there system's. Plan your system first before making your purchase.

Nov 26,2021I ordered 2 AMG batteries eariler this year and one got lost in transit. The Inverter Store set another one to replace it at no cost with no problems. Their prices range from the best to very competitive. They've earned my turst and support in my book. Since then, I ordered two additional matching batteries givng me a total of 4.

Nov 21,20213,000 watts running 9,000 watts surge, circuit breakers, easy hard wiring which I used or duplex outlet which I may use, tested perfectly for my sump pump, electrician said the AIMs battery from the Inverter Store was superior, the cables I bought from AIMs were designed for my set up and most of all the customer service was outstanding. Other inverter outlets did not return my calls or called days later. The inverter Store picked up the phone the first time and and provided an object lesson in inverter and their features including some salt water protection, gave clear accurate answers so when the electrician installed it I had the all the correct equipment waiting for him.

Jan 20,2022The AIMS 4000W Inverter purchased was quick and easy. They failed to know the LCD driver circuit was below spec and thus the LCD was unreadable. Better testing and verification will improve service.
