Apr 25,2022Received the $2,900 of batteries I ordered in good condition & timely (12 days). All 12 had a 6.4 volt existing charge. The AIMS AGM6V225A were the least expensive per amp hour that I found out of 13 quotes. I have questions about inverters & charge controllers that I will be discussing with them in order to get the correct ones.

Apr 20,2022Excellent service. I had to replace my inverter because of a major lightning strike several years ago. At that time thy tried to repair my inverter but as time went on too many problems. I called to order a replacement and it arrived with in six days. Excellent service. P S at the time of the repair they told me they didn’t think it was repairable. It worked for a while but too much damage

Apr 20,2022I’m happy with the inverter I purchased, but the customer service was very poor. I ordered a remote with my inverter and they did not send it. When I informed them of the missing part they said they would send it right out, but after another week I called again and they finally looked into it and figured out it went clear across the US in the wrong direction and finally got it turned around. It showed up after my big trip where I needed it. Their shop is only 3 hours away from me, but they couldn’t get me the part in time. When I contacted them they could have cared less. I gave them several chances to get it to me on time and they didn’t care.

Apr 10,2022Awful customer service, do not ship anything back as they will claim it was damaged in shipping and will not Refund. Disposed of return before ups could come and inspect. Lost 1600 . Warning buy from someone else. I have bought 3 inverters from invertor store and will never buy again.

Apr 06,2022Got everything in a timely manner. It was shipped to the house and even thou it was a heavier package Fed-ex dropped it off. Everything looks good. My electrican will be installing it in the next month and I will update then.
