Nov 19,2021I ordered a 5k Inverter by mistake and I had to return it. The folks at the Inverter Store promptly accepted my return. They immediately acknowledged when they received the inverter (in the original packaging) and an individual actually signed his name to the email. Then they notified me again that the paperwork was going to the Accounting Dept. and a full refund would follow. This was the most impressive Customer Service I've experienced in a long time. The quality of the product and packaging were excellent. Trustworthiness is what the Inverter Store is good at.
