Apr 15,2024I ordered a replacement cooling fan thru tech support and never received email invoice. On 4-12-24, I did a follow up call and was notified that the invoice was never submitted. It was promptly taken care of, but has delayed the part for my technician to install. The inverter I ordered on 3-25-24, was promptly filled and delivered.

Mar 29,2024I left Northern Maine for the winter and went to Mexico. I took my battery bank out and stored them at a friends house. I never thought about taking my Aims 12v 3000w inverter out too. Sitting in the cold damp unheated trailer all winter did it in. The Inverter store didn’t have any new available at the time, and I needed one yesterday. They had a used one. I bought that one. Glad I did! I saved about $340 and it works like a champ. The first one had been in about 4 years, with no problems. I’m the one that killed it.

Mar 17,2024Service was great and they answer my question. However, the batteries are operational but I need to determine what I should do going forward since I will need to replace more batteries. The solar system has been installed for about 10 years and apparently I have started to have some problems.

Feb 27,2024Purchased a Pure Sine wave inverter and it was delivered quickly and installed perfectly. I like the fact that it comes with a remote on/off panel. I wish it had a auto-off feature that you could set it for a number of hours to avoid draining your batteries, but that's a future-feature request!

Feb 26,20242 issues unresolved. Password required for software monitoring mppt charger and Ess monitor software does not install or work for LiFePO4 batteries. Spent $9000.00 for batteries. Software provided did not match software in Ess monitor install manual.

Feb 23,2024Fast shipment, great price and warranty on 225 a/h AGM 6v batteries. Be aware they are 6v but sized the same as 12v.

Feb 01,2024Easy to connect with a knowledgeable sales person who could understand my application (keeping a sump pump operational during power outage) and recommending a properly sized inverter charger with 12 V 200 ah back up battery. Everything connected easily and seems to work fine (tested it by cutting power to the AC receptacle).
