Nov 01,2023I called to discuss the failure of a inverter that I bought a few years ago technician needed information that I needed to email him before a thorough diagnosis could be made. With winter coming on and the prior inverter lasted for four years and performed well I bought another while the failed one was getting repaired and would become a backup. Speaking to both the tech and sales lady everything went smooth. I recieved the inverter in three days by ground.

Oct 20,2023So, I want you to know that the Inverter Store is a great place to shop for our needs. Angel on the tech side of Aims is helpful and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. BUT! Your customer service rep on the Inverter Store telephone has been one of the rudest and most unhelpful on your payroll. I hate to even call her, she could really use some tact, she has none. I couldn't even give you her name, because even when I ask for her name it isn't given. I have pushed for her name I think it is Christine? But not sure, I don't know maybe she could answer the phone with cheer in her voice and "Oh by the way this is (whatever is her name) HOW can I help you! But no, it is like pulling teeth with the attitude one gets from your customer help line. She really needs an attitude adjustment. Christen Devine-Gonzales

Oct 05,2023The demo battery I received was defective. According to the AIMSB bluetooth phone app, the battery shuts off at 60 % SOC. This is less than half the rated capacity. I shipped the battery back to AIMS yesterday at my own expense. I ask that the shipping charges be reimbursed. I will order a replacement battery. Just not a demo. Since this is the second bad battery I have received, I would strongly advise checking these batteries for correct function before selling them. On the plus side, customer service went above and beyond to keep lines of communication open and to remedy the situation. For that alone they should be commended.
