Jun 26,2024The "voltage regulator" as you advertise it is not a regulator at all. A regulator should have some form of capacitance that helps fill in gaps when voltages sag. All you sold me was a undervoltage and overvoltage relay which is useless in my application. What's worse is returning it requires me to create an account with some Chinese based website that tells me I have to pay for shipping, and that I will be subject to at least a 20% restocking fee and further IF determined by them, no money back. Your return policy is a joke and borderline SCAM! Well to anyone that reads this, the “opinion” you’re disagreeing with is one of a degreed electrical engineer who’s been working in the industry for over 25yrs. While I appreciate your limited sales opinion here, the only way one could obtain the owners manual you refer to is by first buying the product then being left to deal with the 20% restocking fee upon discovering you’re selling a relay, not a regulator.

Every person I talked to was knowledgeable and displayed interest in solving my problems. This included customer service and tech service departments. They all were helpful and excellent representatives of the Inverter store.

Jun 17,2024My 10,000 watt inverter arrived on schedule and in tact. I used a lithium 4D battery and a dual solar/ wing generator recharge system. The inverter wired straight to my travel trailer is working perfectly. All the power I need to function properly. I’m very pleased with the results of this product.
