Sep 24,2021I did a lot of comparison with other inverters the Aims was by far the best buy and quality. This inverter will replace my 20 year old trace 2400 watt inverter. The sales staff at the inverter store were helpful and patient with my many questions . Have not installer it yet I am sure this inverter will meet my needs.Thanks.

Sep 23,2021I had a back ordered item with my order, so I called to find out when it might ship... a pre recorded push #1 for this and #2 for that started and i thought here we go..... Not at this place a REAL PERSON ANSWERED THE PHONE that you can understand. In my opinion customer service in this country is terrible and getting worse. The people at the inverter store are nice, helpful, offer options, and asked was there anything else they could help me with! I should have said can i sell your customer service department call recordings as a course to other business's as a road map for success.

Sep 23,2021The products I purchased are of high quality. The only reason for 3 starts instead of 5 is I believe the prices are extremely high. Amazon has the same style batteries with great reviews for 1/2 the price of the ones I bought from the inverter store. I wish I would have done a little more research before purchasing but I had recently bought a house that is completely ran in solar, I was in dire need of batteries to be able to make the house function, and I was recommended the inventor store by the original solar installer.
