Sep 11,2021Shipment finally arrived due to dab weather around counrty. Boxes were all enact and on skids. Each item is in a separate bag to help with inventory of items. I have not had a chance to put together but racking system looks sturdy and of good quality.

Aug 24,2021This is a great generator! I’m using it to power my cabin. We have a 240 split system so I needed a generator with a 240 option. It’s very quiet and takes quite a bit of load to change idle speed. It is the EXACT same DB rating or maybe quieter compared to my neighbors Honda EU6500. Very happy I purchased it. And, if you have a problem, AIMS is very easy to deal with.

I needed something specific to fit my needs, but I didn't know which one of their inverters would work...they were extremely helpful. I purchased the one they recommended. It shipped right away. Sep 12,2021I ordered the 6 Kw unit and had issues, the tech service was very good considering Covid. Unfortunately My unit is outside the scope of my battery profile. I would recommend contacting them before you purchase to make sure it will work correctly.
