Nov 19,2020I have bought supplies for my solar system over many years from the Inverter Store. The quality products that they offer are the best around and the delivery is fast. The Inverter Store is a company I can trust and rely on. The sealed lead acid AGM batteries are exceptional, heavy-duty with thick lead plates to provide unsurpassed longevity and capacity. I am familiar with this product as I bought it before when it was manufactured under a different name. I searched for the same exact replacement battery and was pleased to find it at the Inverter Store. I also love the inverters with built-in voltage regulation so the voltage remains constant even when the battery voltage goes down.

Nov 13,2020Solid product I like structural strong built, cooling fan and good manual Just in case - cooling fan kicks in after certain temp is reached- that’s good- less energy loss overall that way So far tested at home with free standing battery - works v well Plan to put it in VW camper / combine with solar Some delay in delivery due to back order - no biggie!

Nov 10,2020I was really leary using The Inverter Store because of a bad experience I had with another inverter company. I was immediately surprised when the Inverter Store's customer service not only answered the phone immediately but took their time talking with me. After I decided to place the order ot was delivered as promised on time, packed extremely well and undamaged. I had questions and have called customer service several times and each time I have been treated with respect and never rushed. I am extremely impressed with this company and will only be dealing with them in the future concerning my inverter needs.

Nov 06,2020I was given an assignment in Rep. Of Cong recently and had 1 week to prepare. I ordered an inverter that met my needs and paid extra to ship 2 day air to Connecticut. The next day I noticed it was sent ground and would arrive 3xdays after I would leave. I sent an email and explained the situation. I received a reply and a new one was sent next day air and no extra cost. That is the way to do business. Very impressed and happy with the performance.

Nov 05,2020I had a problem, so I called. They gave me the wrong suggestions and information. (MY BAD!) I didn't know what I had, and told them the wrong thing. Once I discovered my mistake, They coached my to correct the problem. Even though I was pretty helpless on electrical.

Nov 03,2020Love love love Aims products. Aims is in the business for solar and they do it very well. The best at the most reasonable price I have come across. I have 2 Aims inverter set ups in two different buildings. And we haven't even mentioned the customer service yet. They have helped me each and every step of the way, from my very first DIY installation, to this current one. I am a Woman solar DIY'er that had no clue what I should do before Aims customer service, from questions answered in an extremely quick emails, to helping pick the right system with what I was using in the buildings, to the right products at a reasonable price. I mention Aims to anyone that talks solar around me.

Oct 30,2020I purchased the AIMS 4KW Inverter, what an excellent design. Rugged design that isn't sensitive to loads like many other inverters. I purchased a second unit and both are running 24/7. No problems so far.

Oct 30,2020I ordered twice, the first time being an inverter/charger and two 12 volt 100AH batteries, cables, etc. Shipping was a little over $40. The second order was for two more of the batteries and cables - shipping was over $60 for less merchandise. For the first order, which came on a pallet, the FedEx driver kindly delivered the pallet to my garage door. The second order, not on a pallet, was unceremoniously dumped on my front porch, with not so much as a courtesy doorbell ring. That's a FedEx issue, not Inverter Store. To say the least, I was not pleased by having to pay 50% more for a much worse shipping experience. The equipment and batteries definitely meet my expectations, very high quality.
