Sep 20,2020Kit was supper simple and worked great. Roof rack is not worth the time and money no instruction on how it mounts to the pannel.

Sep 20,2020I bought a rebuilt inverter that didn't work upon installation. I was assisted via tech support in determining that it was indeed the inverter and not my system so I could mail it back to be fixed. I was so happy to receive it back within a week of my mailing it out. Meaning only one day turnaround once it arrived back at the store. It gave me confidence that I would have personal attention for this very essential component of my tiny house solar system and that the AIMS power inverter itself was a durable piece of equipment worthy of rebuilding and fixing. I am very much in favor of such durability in a throwaway world.

Sep 18,2020Product arrived on time and very well packaged. Had a couple tech questions on install that were answered and very helpful. Back order on the Remoteled controller, but that was not a big issue, should arrive w/in 3 weeks, we'll see. So far it seems to work fine. Haven't really put it under a real camping/boondocking test yet. Will follow up an any issues if they occur.

Sep 13,2020Everything went smooth and the batteries made it within a few days. They did a spectacular job of protecting the batteries while in transit, I have never seen anything packaged so well. To top it off The Inverter Store has better prices on AGM batteries than I could find locally by a long shot, including standard wet cell batteries.

I called twice, got the same guy and he new his stuff, solved my issue within 5 minutes, did I mention I was an idiot, more over he advised me on everything I needed to do in the way of installation. Very good I must say!!

Aug 31,2020back in Early/ Late July 2020 I ordered an inverter/ charger and had to a end it back for repair _ sent back 4 Aug received by you on 10 Aug with signature from UPS! Raise Elias of repair (AIMS Power) who I called to see if repaired(almost a week later), she said she couldn't find it! Told her since they couldn't find it, legally she should send another! I told her it goes in an airstream trailer that I had sold , received the money and the purchase person is anxious! She said she couldn't send me another! In that we are experiencing a problem, I ordered another, I now have about $ 1500 spent including shipping and insurance! UPS is clear, they delivered@ I am in process of reviewing all this with my lawyer who will inform me as to what action to take

Aug 27,2020This 3600 watt inverter works like a champ. I plugged my compressor in and it started right up without hesitation. I returned an Amazon purchased inverter the same size that overloaded every time I tried to start the compressor. The first unit I had was only a 2300 watt unit that lasted for over 10 years and ran my compressor.

Aug 21,2020Shipments are fast and product/tech support is excellent. Their technician took the time to walk me through the startup of my inverter - I had several of the initial settings incorrect. He talked me through the changes and everything now works as expected.
