Mar 08,2019Our office moved a few months ago and were looking for a dependable crew to dismantle and dispose of 25 full cubicles. I must say that The junk Pros have a great staff which are so organized and professional. We called them the same day and they were able to provide COI and send the crew within a few hours. I would highly recommend them for big and small jobs.

Nov 20,2018Under a sad set of circumstances - mom died and her house had to be cleaned out for sale - I turned to The Junk Pros as recommended by my colleagues in a law firm. The walk-through with Gary went smoothly on a Monday and on Friday the same week, the cleanout crew arrived on time (actually, they got to the house before I did, so there was no waiting on my part). They did a thorough job and made the process bearable for me. I will recommend The Junk Pros to all my friends and business connections. Thank you to Rosie and the rest of the crew for your kindness

Nov 04,2018We hired The Junk Pros to clean out a house for my husband's deceased aunt. It was a thorough pleasure interacting with Rosie, who is very customer focused and professional. Her friendly demeanor put me at ease, and I always felt that she wanted to make sure that I had a good experience. She's the glue that holds everything together. Junk Pros is very efficient at what they do. They were on time and wasted no time in tackling the job of removing four full loads of furniture and other items. They also removed four rooms of carpeting and left the entire house broom clean. There was a little glitch about furniture that was supposed to be donated instead of trashed, but the onsite supervisor, Craig, apologized for not communicating clearly enough to his workers. All in all, this was a great experience. The four rating is not intended to take away from their professionalism. It merely reflects that there was a hiccup. I would definitely use them again. Kudos to Gary, Craig, Rosie and their stellar workers.

Jul 10,2018Bewareeeee of there estimates there are not accurate.There are OVERR Priced I am knot a happy camper.I just had them in my house July 9, 2018 to clean my backyard up it still a disaster.I got charged over $600.00 for knot even a half of truck just clothes and bottles.I am soooo disponted I work very hard for my money to get ROBBED the way I just did.I have pictures videos to prove this the little bit of garage they removed for OVER $600.00 This is a Robberrrrrr Bewareeeeeeee.

Found Junk Pros through Home Advisor, and could not have been happier with every aspect of the experience, from Rosie in the office who was friendly and efficient and who arranged everything, to Gary who did the initial inspection, and to the six (!) guys who cleared my fourth-floor walk up within three hours, with cheerfulness and and strength. I recommend this company and its staff without reservation.

The office staff is courteous and helpful, and every junk removal team that has arrived onsite is professional, incredibly efficient, and strong. They handle heavy crates and pedestals with ease. I am always amazed by how neatly they pack the truck in order to fit the maximum amount of junk possible. This level of care and attention shows that they take their job seriously and will go the extra mile to save their clients money. Mar 09,2018They cleaned out my aunt's final residence at Brookdale Battery Park following her death... from start to finish it was an excellent experience, reasonably priced, called back when they said they would call back, the driver even called the day of the clean-out as he was going to be half an hour later than the expected time. Had no need to supervise at all, the place was left perfectly broom clean, Brookdale quickly refunded from that day to the end of the month we had already paid for. Highly recommended.

Sep 30,2016I highly recommend Junk Pros for their proficiency in what they do. All was done neatly and left broom clean after the work was completed. If you have rubbish you need removed call Junk Pros they get the job done.
