Nov 17,2015I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the above and beyond excellent service I rec'd last Thursday, Nov 12th. I just recently became aware that a very elderly great Aunt was living with bed bugs. The situation, as you probably already, know was horrible. I am extremely grateful that I found your company online. I live in CT, my Aunt lives in Port Chester, NY. So, I truly had to hire the company that looked best online. Not only were you available during the time frame I specifically needed but everyone was amazing in helping me set this up. Above all, the 2 men that came to remove the furniture were extremely courteous and professional. While dealing with a seemingly disgusting situation and me being alone in trying to handle this, both men were very kind and helpful. Thank you so much!! I would truly recommend your service again and again!

Nov 14,2015The Junk Pros are my go to company whenever I need to clean out the remaining items in a home, whether it is a hoarder or just a life time of stuff. I empty homes of people who have passed away. I need competent, polite, clean, efficient, honest, and careful companies to assist me in my work. The Junk Pros are always on time, have never caused any damage and always leave the job site broom clean and/or vacuumed. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company.

Everyone with whom I dealt was simply outstanding in their professionalism and dedicated approach to honesty and great customer service. Rosie was just an absolute pleasure to speak with. she made me feel cared about and that went a long way. The two service techs who were assigned to my job- Gianni and Jonathan- could not have been more professional and terrific.They arrived on time, were extremely courteous and respectful, and worked fast and expeditiously to complete the assignment. They moved my furniture out taking great care not to damage the infrastructure. They showed me tremendous respect and consideration and I appreciated it very much. They made me feel that I was indeed in good hands. Everything went extremely well without a hitch. They are truly consummate professionals all around. I'm very glad that I selected The Junk Pros. I rate them a 10 out of 10 and recommend them without hesitation. If you have a removal job, you can do no better than to call this excellent company. You will be very pleased that you did.

Sep 30,2015Excellent service all around. Rosie, the customer service representative with whom I worked, was knowledgable, responsive and helpful. The estimator came out on-time and gave us a fair quote. Craig and his team then came on the date and time scheduled -- even a little early -- cleared out all the junk and swept the floor clean. Craig and his team never pushed back, but just took everything we could give him and then made sure we were satisfied before leaving. What I anticipated being a big hassle was really quite simple. Thanks to all the pros at Junk Pros.

Sep 30,2015Spoke to the owner and arranged to have a NYC apartment emptied of it's remaining items and cleaned for turnover. Living in another state, speaking to the "operating officer", Rosie, and settling all the variables, I was/am quite pleased with Junk Pros -- I asked for pictures of the final result and got them, "...no problem". A little more costly than I had hoped [what isn't?], but well worth the lack of worry, efficiency [24-hour turnaround] and pleasure with the results. Would use again, anytime.

Jul 08,2015Junk Pros came out to clean out a 30,000 sqft building that my company owns but was abandoning in its current condition (lived in). The removal consisted of furniture, kitchen equipment, office equipment and garbage. The crew that came out were extremely professional. They did a fabulous job. Everything was done perfectly. They did not even leave one spec of dust or garbage anywhere. They were quick and the price couldn't be beat. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend.

Dec 06,2015Hired Junk Pros to clean out an apartment in Brooklyn. I was admittedly wary having had some bad experiences with moving companies in the past. What a pleasant surprise. From Rosie the receptionist, to Gary, the representative who met me at the apartment for an estimate, to Craig and his two colleagues, who cleaned out the apartment, everyone I spoke with or met from the company was extremely professional and polite. And they always showed up on time. The quote was honest and based on a conservative appraisal of the volume of "junk" to be removed, with additional set charges depending on such factors as whether the elevator could be used or how far the building entrance was to the truck. Ultimately, the quote proved accurate, and, in fact, the price was adjusted because the truck could be pulled right up to the entrance and the elevator was usable. There was no hard sell and there were no surprises, other than just how easy they made it. The guys left the apartment in broom clean condition, and Rosie followed up the next day to see how things went. Very professional outfit.
