Jul 07,2015I had an amazing experience with The Junk Pros. I am a residential real estate agent was in the process of an estate sale. We were coming down to the wire, having to clear out a two bedroom, two bath apartment, before closing. Another junk removal company flaked out on me as the clock was ticking. The first company was unable to get the management company to accept their insurance. Enter Gary and the Junk Pros. even though they knew I was in a bind, they gave me a very fair price and sent a crew of very professional, nice and effective movers. They moved at lightning speed. As I said the first company was unable to get their insurance approved, but Junk Pros. not only submitted the insurance, but had the foresight to have the movers bring the certificate with them to make sure there were no problems. Junk Pros save the day for me, lowered my blood pressure by dozens of points and will forever be the only company I would consider using. I would, without hesitation, recommend Junk Pros to anyone,

Jul 06,2015Your team arrived on time. They assessed the job and went right to work. Originally they thought they might need an extra truck (which would have increased the cost). They were able to move out the entire load of furniture and beds using the one truck and I paid the quoted fee exactly. The team was courteous and friendly and wasted no time in completing the job. I would highly recommend The Junk Pros to anyone needing their services.

May 21,2015I hired Junk Pros to remove a very clutter apartment in Manhattan for a person that I am the Court Appointed Guardian. The Junk Pro Crew was very good at the task at hand and very professional. The only reason I did not give them a fifth star was because they cause some minor inconvenience to some of the other tenants in the building that required the Building's Superintendent to intervene.

Apr 29,2015I had the leftovers of 35 years of my late dad's apartment in Manhattan to remove. The job included a very large amount of old books, dilapidated furniture and other 80-year-old bachelor accumulations. Craig, Luis and crew did a great job. I was concerned that we might not get it done in one day. This is a group of professional hard workers. I would recommend them to anyone. They did a great job. The apartment is now empty and ready to prep for sale.

They diligently tore into the daunting task at hand and finished the job in the time promised, while still taking the time to call out items for the customer to take a longer look at. They brought enough people to efficiently handle the challenges of emptying a fourth-floor walk-up apartment in record time. They left the premises "broom clean" and suitable for turning over to the landlord.
