Sep 11,2016We used Junk Pros to clean out my mom's apartment. The phenomenal service started with my initial contact with Rosie and continued throughout clean up day. The three man team was on time and worked through a very hot day to get the job done. They do a top to bottom job taking everything from the contents of the cabinets to the shades off the windows and then sweeping up to get the remnants. We highly recommend Junk Pros.

Aug 22,2016I used them on two occasions in NY emptying a relatives apartment. The receptionist Rosie was so helpful, accommodating and really on the ball. The staff was beyond professional and fast. They have this moving thing down to a science. It was over so quickly, all the movers were cordial and helpful. I'd recommend them to everyone and their prices are a lot lower than 800-GOT-JUNK. Give them a call you will not be disappointed. They will work around your schedule.

Jul 14,2016I needed to put my house on the market but the stumbling block was the 30+ years of accumulated "stuff" in the basement. At age 67, this was just too tough a job. I called a number of places that specialized in junk removal for estimates but it was talking to Greg from Junk Pros, that decided it for me. I could tell I would be in good hands with Junk Pros and the price was right. The three men that arrived to clean out the basement were fantastic! They were professional, helpful and courteous. The trucks were packed perfectly so I wasn't overcharged and the basement looked beautiful after they finished. It was a wonderful experience! Thank you!

Mar 17,2016From my initial phone call to Rose to arrange the date to the last of the guys sweeping the floor, this three-man (and later a fourth) crew was nothing short of amazing. They were compassionate (I was clearing out the estate of a family friend), very nice, very polite, and just all around terrific. They started on time and didn't waste two minutes getting into the job. They worked quickly and efficiently. There was barely any talking among themselves--just what was needed to organize aspects of the job. In a single day, they did what would have taken me 8 months to a year to do. I HIGHLY recommend The Junk Pros because that's what they are: Pros. In every way.
