Jun 07,2023EXCELLENT WEBSITE !!! I ORDERED THE "ROCK THE BELLS" BLACK JACKET. THIS IS A LEGIT SITE TO ORDER STUFF FROM! EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION. WE ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE AND THEY WERE GREAT WITH THE EXCHANGE. NEVER A DOUBT MY NEW ORDER WOULD BE PERFECT! WITH SO MANY FRAUD SITES OUT THERE, I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW THIS ONE IS GREAT!

Where to start?, Found your ad for the Dirk Gently jacket, researched what I could about your company, you came out on top of a few others I had looked at, you weren’t the cheapest there were other qualities involved, I was still nervous about placing an order, did so and crossed my fingers. Jacket arrived a few days late, no biggy, however it was the wrong jacket, it was the right size and color, but defiantly the wrong jacket. My heart sunk and I prepared for the oncoming battle. Since the covid got underway, customer services have seriously dropped the ball. I’ve dealt with a bunch of places, not just online but in person as well, and customer service has dropped off the map. Less than an hour after receiving the wrong jacket I was on the computer and launching my case, 2 emails sent, onto your site under customer support, through your facebook page on chat support… somewhat dreading the weeks to come on this event. Minutes after giving up on the chat support, I had shut my computer down and was headed out the door when my phone went, fb message. I quickly stated my case on the incident and mentioned the emails, … yes, they had received the emails and wished to investigate the issue… (… what?? ) was in my head, … ok , let’s see what they have to say here… I was assured it would get looked at quickly. Again I said, ok and thought to myself, let’s see how long this takes! I heard from support the next day, the issue was to be sent up the chain for discussion. ( I thought, here we go, won’t hear from them for weeks now, I’ll give them 4 days then I’ll be back on them!) The next day I have an email, the problem looked at, it’s understood, recognized they had had an error happen, It will be corrected…. I am sitting at my computer, blinking, read the email again, looking for what I missed, read it a third and fourth time… I am quite shocked at the unfolding process… it’s courteous , polite, helpful……….. ( What is this Fuckery!! ) My mind is saying….. I feel I should apologize for my aggressive beginning…. No, wait, nothing has Really happened yet, just hold on… Next is a laid out plan to correct this issue, a plan that made perfect sense !! Blinking again, AND a set of options as to what to do with the received jacket ( Which I might add, is very well made ) I chose the option to keep the received jacket which included a minor payment. Now a small test for them, I did not have the funds available right at that time, I needed 4 days, I received a “ No Problem” Well Sir! Most impressive! The day approaches, the day before I am to make the payment, Nova Scotia gets hit by a number of forest wildfires, all communications in the province are lost, all internet is down, now I’m late with this payment not cool. The next day internet is back up but other systems have not corrected themselves completely yet, one of which was my bank or my connectivity to it. Delayed again, by this time my,… what I hope is, my proper jacket is on route. As soon as I can communicate with them I relay the issues, again, no problem! Small payment is finally made 2 days later the jacket arrives, And it’s Brilliant!! Absolutely Love It! A: My Sincere Apologies for coming out the gates guns a blazing… B: The Jacket, jackets are both amazing! C: This has been the most enjoyable, the Best Customer Service I have seen and dealt with in YEARS!!! I tip my hat and bow in appreciation. Thank You Leather City Be proud of what you are doing! Customer service was excellent, very fast responses and a very helpful Manor, and also informing me when my order was being dispatched. Overall I am very happy with my product and the service I received, will be ordering again in the future!

Jun 02,2023They are really good at communicating per email and it didn't take long to contact me back about shipping details. I watched Dark, german tvshow, and i totally fell in love with that yellow jacket. So I bought one! It's not the same jacket, but it still looks the same, also it has SO MANY POCKETS! Thats a big plus!

I was contacted even after I placed my order to verify my size. I adjusted up because the sizes run a tad smaller and it was a great decision. Thanks Leather City.

May 18,2023FANTASTIC SERVICE!!! (My Google Reviews page has pictures if you are interested to see them - search for The Leather City as I am not able to paste links here). I ordered my Naruto jacket from The Leather City, and I was blown away at the quality of the leather, cut, and stitching. Just make sure to measure yourself correctly (they have a handy size chart on their site). They are very much on the ball when you email them (I emailed their support team a few times regarding some questions/requests). They were EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. I even asked if the side patch could be removed as I wanted the jacket to look less "cosplay", which they gave me NO issues with. It's like you getting a tailored and premium experience! If you are unsure about the site, don't be! I will be returning here in the future as it's money for quality. Regarding the jacket's quality... AMAZING!!! It looks just like Narutos jacket. I don't even know how they were able to design a bomber jacket in this style. It all just works. The colour is great, not too bright, not too dark, just a great shade of orange. You can even see that it's two different colours of leather stitched together (none of these Ali Express cheap-dyed na ruto jackets). For all true Naruto fans, you MUST get this jacket, and The Leather City is the only place I believe will exceed your expectations! Special thanks to their support team, and those behind the scenes who made this jacket so incredibly well!!!!
