We at The Lounge Co. know what makes a great sofa. We’ve got the best furniture makers in the country for starters; we’re part of a group which includes Parker Knoll, G Plan and Duresta, and have been making fantastic quality sofas and chairs for decades - it’s safe to say we know our stuff. Our craftsmen have tested and tweaked every one of our twelve sofas and six chairs over and over again to get them just right. Our frames are thoroughly thought through, made in the UK and guaranteed for 10 years.

Delivery took 7 weeks longer than expected , but the sofas were worth the wait! They’re beautiful and seem really well made. Customer service is really good , I would recommend if you’re looking for a quality sofa :) order number 1000015386

A huge thank you to all of the team at the Chiswick store on Saturday. We’ve been sofa shopping for quite a while and the Lounge Co. at Chiswick is by far the best in terms of quality and value for money. The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable not only with their products but with choosing fabrics, colours and style of settee. All of the settees were of a high standard so it was difficult to choose! We cannot wait for our sofa to arrive!

I bought a settee 4 years ago and unfortunately got a stain on one of the cushions which I cleaned but couldn’t get completely out. I was concerned about further cleaning in case the colour faded or the material shrunk. I rang the company who I got through to straightaway. They were extremely helpful and efficient and I found that I could easily buy another cushion. The information on both the settee label itself as well as the cushion foam when I took the cover off, were very detailed which was reassuring in making an exact match. The company also managed to track my original order very quickly from 4 years ago. Knowing I had this as a back up gave me peace of mind to try to clean the cover far more vigorously and soaking it which resulted in the stain coming out completely and absolutely no change in colour or quality of the material - perfect! A real credit to both the quality of the product and their customer service! Thankyou!

I have just bought a new sofa from Lounge Co Islington’s new store. Paulina and her team were excellent and super friendly and helpful. There was no pressured selling and I went back a few times before I decided to buy, but a big factor was how nice the staff were. And while I don’t yet have my sofa, the experience so far has been great. Danny

I had an amazing virtual call with Momo who was able to deliver and execute everything that I wanted. Momo was able to walk me through all my options as well as provide a guide of what will be required from me & what will be done by Lounge Co. Momo was also able to send me the samples that I had requested weeks in advance and I received them within 2 days ! He’s energetic and enthusiastic energy brightened up my day. Going through the home buying process it isn’t everyday you come across such amazing customer service and I was really impressed by the service Momo provided. Hoping all goes well with my sofa delivery I’ll be sure to recommend Momo & the Lounge Co to family & friends

Great quality and affordable sofa! It was very useful to go into a showroom and have a browse of all the different styles and colours. I must admit that we didn't look at many other sofa stores though! We ordered online and was at no point given a delivery date or even an update on estimated delivery date so it was all a bit vague. We received an email saying our sofa was ready about 3/4 months later and then took another 2/3 weeks for delivery. Colour of the sofa was also different to the one shown on the website so would definitely look in store if you can and also make sure you look at how the colours differ with the material finish.

Love our comfortable new sofa and cushions….good support …great colour and worth the wait….would have been 5* but we’d hoped to have our mid August order delivered by Christmas but I had to contact your company in mid December to check when delivery was planned…and only then did we realise that it would be January ….it would have been better if customer care had been proactive in letting us know that delay in advance. Having said that all the staff we dealt with on the phone were very pleasant and helpful.

Had a virtual appointment with Momo and discussed sofas and fabrics and sent a plan of the room where the sofa was for. Provided some good ideas and options. This meant when I went to the shop, I wasn't overwhelmed with choice and knew pretty much what I wanted. Momo was excellent at providing ideas and suggestions and ordered my sofa. I look forward to receiving and enjoying the sofa in due course. Many thanks!

We had a thoroughly enjoyable few hours choosing our sofas and fabrics at Lounge Co Chiswick, and Momo was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable! We felt he really tried to understand what we wanted and gave very sound advice, we are delighted with the result.

Lounge Co Update. Just thought i would post an update to my previous review regarding our Lounge co sofa. The sofa was purchased through Furniture village as a Bronwyn (Lounge Co, Briony), the sofa had manufacturing defects appear in just over a month of light use. I contacted FV who were very slow to respond but eventually they sent out Homeserve who agreed it was faulty. That was August 16th and we are still waiting for the NEW sofa to be REPAIRED because Furniture Village are telling us the Lounge Co has not supplied the materials for Homeserve to carry out the work and we still have no idea when this will happen. Everytime i have contacted The Lounge Co they pretend to be concerned and assure me the issue will be escalated, as yet i have never received any reply. The reality is they have ZERO interest in their customers or the quality of the products they sell. You can see the pictures of our sofa on google reviews after two monts of use by average weight people. The fact that they supplied the sofa to the company we purchased it from means they are washing their hands of the problem and the only ones suffering are us the customer. I strongly suggest you spend your money on a good quality sofa with a company that backs up its products and cares about customer service because The Lounge Co certainly do not. I am intending to take this to the small claims court but first want to show that i have exhausted all options to resolve the issue.

I ordered my sofa in July and it was delivered in the exact timescale I was advised when I placed the order. The delivery was made in the 2 hour time slot I had requested and my old sofas taken away. The sofa is beautiful and I will be back in the new year to order another for my front room. Special mention to Esther who monitored the order and advised when it looked like there may be a delay. As it turned out the delay did not happen and the delivery was on time. Also to Helen in the Chiswick store who was so helpful and even recognised my mum as they worked together more than 30 years earlier. I ordered my sofa before reading reviews on here and was then worried it may be subject to delays but this was not the case and the service was brilliant. Many thanks.

Initially received communication to explain delivery would be delayed which was fine. But a month later I had to contact you to find out if there was any estimated delivery date to be told that it was about to be sent to the courier for delivery. Good customer service would have been regular communication after the first contact advising of a delay.

Ordered two sofas in May and they arrived in October. There were multiple changes to the delivery date. Put on a sofa collection but that was not on paperwork and driver was stroppy refusing to take it until I and he spoke to company. Guys unpacked sofas and were tidy in removing all rubbish. Queried filling via email as doubts it was what I ordered but no-one replied to email. Given four stars and taken one off for blips. Esther in office was superb, always polite and helpful.

I ordered two sofas, totalling over £5000. The first sofa was delivered (17 weeks after ordering) and was completely damaged. Holes in the cushions, scuffs to the fabric and chips to the feet. I am now awaiting a replacement sofa, which will take another staggering 22 weeks. My second sofa arrived a week later, this one with a mark on one end. The Lounge Company arranged for it be cleaned, but it did not remove the mark. Now this sofa also has to have a replacement panel which will take 13 weeks. Unbelievable that both sofas arrived damaged and will now take a total of 40 weeks from my order date, to have my order completed. After multiple attempts to speak to management, I am still waiting for someone to contact me to discuss this mess…Feeling frustrated!
