Lovely sofa.
Wanted to write a review as I was so dependent on other reviews when I was selecting my sofa. I bought a 3 seater holly in woodland moss and I love it! It's quite firm, but that's what I was looking for. I hate having to constantly plump cushions! The colour is gorgeous and true to the swatch. I had great customer service from the team and delivery was actually slightly quick than initially anticipated. The delivery team arrived bang on time and were very helpful. I'd definitely recommend purchasing from The Lounge Co.
Dreadful customer service with extremely poor communication. My order made on the 8th April was not put on the system until May due to a "system failure" I only discovered that there had been a problem when I contacted the company in June for an update as this was when I was expecting delivery. If someone had contacted me in May to inform me of the issue I would not be feeling so aggrieved about the situation. My order will now not be ready until the earliest mid August, which means an order that was given a predicted delivery of 8 weeks will now take approximately 19 weeks. I have lost confidence in this company and despite having a previous excellent experience with my sofas following this incident I would not order from them in the future. 25th June 2021 Despite The Lounge Company stating in their reply I would be contacted by Customer Care, 2 days later still no contact. This lack of response just confirms by poor opinion of this companies aftersales
Lovely sofas, very comfortable and great colour. Unfortunately had problems with delivery, sofas arrived 3 weeks apart and received limited communication.
Very easy process, all timings met and very happy. Delivery excellent, all packaging remove and furniture located as required. 8 week delivery was on time.
Customer service in the shop was excellent. We visited the shop a couple of times before we decided on the purchase an L-shaped lounger. Both of the sales assistants we talked with were very helpful and gave us some swatches to take home to help us decide on colour. There was no sales pressure which made our shopping stress free. We are yet to receive our order so this review is based on customer service in the shop only.
Samples were readily available. Ordering was very simple and straight forward. Looking forward to my sofas arriving

After my first order delivery was cancelled due to a lack of fabric, I waited two weeks for them to put my order in again. I was told I then had to wait an additional 8 weeks for delivery. I had posted a poor review on this website and the customer service team promised to call me every week to update me on the delivery. They promised me during every call, the couch was due to arrive on June 14th. Well, I got a call a week ago from the delivery company saying they’ll be coming July 6th. The company wouldn’t even receive the couch till July 2nd. I’m so bored of waiting for the couch I ordered in February.
The Lounge Co has been professional and flexible throughout the ordering process. It’s an important purchase, but I felt in safe hands.
This review is only for our shopping experience at the concessions in Fenwicks Newcastle. Our first experience with the lovely staff member was her smile. She didn't invade our space and let the quality of the armchair we repeatedly tried (after comparing it with dozens of others). She was happy to listen and only asked questions once we were ready. Quite refreshing really. We are still waiting for the armchair and so cannot review it apart from being comfortable enough to be chosen. I wouldn't hesitate to go back. Thank you.
Excellent quality sofa. Fits perfectly and was as described
We ordered two sofas, Lola 3 seater and Briony Snuggler. The Lola arrived with a broken clip, so the two ends can’t connect to each other. The Briony came with a rip in the cloth. I called customer service on the same day to convey my disappointment, and I was told that a replacement clip would take three weeks to arrive, then I have to wait even longer for an engineer to come and install the clip. In terms of the ripped cloth on the Briony, it would take seven weeks for a replacement section to arrive, and like the clip, I would then have to wait another few weeks for an engineer to come, take the sofa apart and install. The woman I spoke to then mentioned she would send me an email to confirm the following steps, and I didn’t receive that email. The next day I sent an email to the sales team we purchased through, and so far, no response. So not only did we receive faulty “brand new” sofas, and we would have to wait months before this is fixed, they are also incapable of sorting out the issues in a timely fashion. We were so excited to get our sofas, but this whole experience has left us feeling very frustrated and angry!
Terrible customer service. We ordered three sofas at the beginning of March and were told that they would be delivered at the end of April/beginning of May. At the beginning of April we were then told that the fabric was out of stock and would need to choose an alternative fabric (strange as the fabric that is out of stock is still advertised on their website) but we were happy to amend and continue with the order. We received no confirmation of the fabric of our choice change and after chasing multiple times and calling we were told at the end of April that the order was still waiting to be processed due to a system change but couldn’t give us a timeline... eventually we were told they should be with us at the beginning of June (next week) and have received a number of delivery confirmations to confirm that but have now just received a phone call to be told that that won’t be happening and also they can’t give us any idea of when we can expect them. Both times during phone calls we have had very uninterested and unhelpful member of staff and having spent a few thousand pounds with lounge co having multiple hiccups it has left us questioning whether to cancel the elusive order which is starting to feel like it might never arrive! We have been extremely patient but they cannot expect customers to trust in their service when they’ve treated us so poorly so far.
The 2 sofas that I choose were delivered a week early but unfortunately the 4 cushions I ordered at same time were not delivered But saying that the sales team lead by Helen in Chiswick Branch was not aware that there was problem with supplier of the cushion material These are going to be shipped to me at later date But with Cov19 & brexit you can understand delays All I can say I very happy with my sofas and service we got from Chiswick branch & manager Helen & looking forward to the 4 cushions arriving
Asking for a review when the order cannot be fulfilled due to no longer stocking the fabric doesn't look great! Still waiting for a refund!
After seeing the sofas in Furniture Village and finding them really comfortable we went onto Lounge Co's website and noticed that they had a lot more options in terms of fabric and footstools. We also got a much better price online than what we would have got at FV. We are not normally the kind of people that would order a sofa off the internet but having sat on them before lockdown we took the plunge and i have to say that we are over the moon with them. Not only are they so comfortable the craftmanship is amazing and they came earlier than expected. We would definitely recommend Lounge Co and would buy from them again.
Great process as I bought a very large sofa and cushions. My only concern was website published 8 weeks then the confirmation email then said 10 weeks slightly mixed messages. Let’s see if they deliver on time. I hope so .. let’s see JK
Very helpful and knowledgeable assistant. Fully explained the different cushion fillings and all about the many fabrics available.

Jul 08,2021We chose Lounge Co. because it was a small business, with good reviews, and a shorter turnaround time than most places to deliver our products (estimating 8 weeks). Unfortunately it's turned into a bit of a headache. The day before we were expecting delivery, we received a call from the delivery company to say it wasn’t coming with no explanation as to why. We contacted Lounge Co who were seemingly unaware of this issue and promised to investigate. We never received a call back and we have had to chase constantly for any form of response since. Whilst delivery has now been rescheduled (over 2 weeks after the original date) we have absolutely no confidence that the products will turn up at this point. We’re still waiting to hear from Lounge Co in response to our queries/complaints and it’s becoming increasingly frustrating. Looking through the reviews this does seem to be common, particularly after they have your money!
