We at The Lounge Co. know what makes a great sofa. We’ve got the best furniture makers in the country for starters; we’re part of a group which includes Parker Knoll, G Plan and Duresta, and have been making fantastic quality sofas and chairs for decades - it’s safe to say we know our stuff. Our craftsmen have tested and tweaked every one of our twelve sofas and six chairs over and over again to get them just right. Our frames are thoroughly thought through, made in the UK and guaranteed for 10 years.

Great sofas and fabrics! Easy to order but will have to wait quite a while for sofas to be made...13 weeks, however quite standard times across the board!

Sarah is fantastic - she really gets what I want and, crucially, can repeat exactly the same cut really consistently. Won't be going anywhere else.

I ordered my sofa approximately 2-3 weeks ago and received absolutely nothing to say Thank you, or an ETA Personally I feel a poor service already

Very professional service: we felt confident that the member of staff who looked after us (over two days) really knew her job. A good range of sofas and materials, well set out in a safe environment.

This is the second Rose sofa I have bought from the lounge company. Sumptuous and huge 3 seater but fits through any door. The velvet is so beautiful and has the looks of a very expensive 🍞sofa! Delighted. Delivery first class.

I found the customer care team have always been incredibly helpful when I ever I called and I can’t wait to receive the sofas now! I changed my mind after ordering too but it wasn’t a problem to make some changes. Brilliant service

Great customer service at the Chiswick branch. The representative was with me for approx. 2 hrs and thoroughly catered to my needs and understood my taste and style.

So, after some 'hiccups' with delivery dates (which 'M' at The Lounge Co. took personal responsibility to investigate and help with - thank you) our furniture finally arrived. We've had it a week or so now and can say we're delighted with it. Having only seen it virtually - via the website and a remote Zoom showroom visit - the colours are as hoped for and the quality is excellent. Close inspection is satisfying - the stitching appears high quality, the fit and finish is 'tailored' and the firm seats have a little give but plenty of support. Oh, and the delivery chaps were great - courteous, washed their hands before handling the new furniture and showed care bringing the items into the house and fitting the proper feet. Have docked a star just because of the delivery date issues, which would otherwise be an unreserved 5 star rating - great furniture and hopefully to be sat on for years to come! :-)

I still haven't received my couch. I ordered a couch on sale and got a call to schedule my delivery. Within a couple of weeks of when it was due to arrive, I received a call from the delivery company saying I wasn't going to receive my couch, and the delivery was cancelled. I had received no news from Lounge Co themselves. I called the number listed on their website, and the lovely lady who answered informed me there were no notes on my order and had no idea why this was happening. I got an email the next day saying that they ran out of the fabric and to pick a new (and the cheapest option) they had. After a bit of communication I had to ask for free delivery - as nothing was offered for compensation for the additional 8 week delay. I also asked for confirmation for the new order. TWO WEEKS LATER I received a confirmation. This means it will take me an additional TEN weeks for me to receive my couch after the intial SIX WEEKS since I ordered it. Although they can send really lovely messages, and I do believe they are genuinely sorry - this is just unacceptable. It has completely soured my experience with this company and I was hoping to purchase matching furniture from them. What a disappointment. This couch better be comfy.

I ordered a sofa and foot stool on 13Feb. Delivery date was given as 3rd May, only after I followed up. On 30Apr morning, I was sent a text that delivery on 3May is confirmed. On 30Apr evening I was told that the delivery date got cancelled, but wasn't given any new date as well. I disposed off my sofas on 30Apr morning. Had i known at least one week in advance (of the delivery date), i would have kept the old ones longer. Thanks for your belated response. I would have expected a direct respnnse to my emails, sent last week itself, rather than responding thru Trust Pilot. Your Customer Service team was called twice since morning, but received no information whatsoever. There are still no dates available for the delivery. From what I gathered is that, your company is not properly connected to your vendors. Unfortunately, you don't know their delivery timelines, until the last minute. I am aghast

Excellent communication throughout from Jaye in Customer Services. Delivery men were very courteous and helpful. Couldn't fault. Oh - and a lovely sofa too!

This is the second time I have ordered from the lounge company, really good quality items, customer service is excellent, really helpful nice members of staff who can’t do enough to help you. I would highly recommend this company

Our armchair arrived on the delivery date promised with plenty of communication from the delivery company. I'm very pleased with the chair it is as we ordered and was undamaged. The packaging could have been more protective? Not much beyond a large heavy polybag on the top half. There was also some assembly required. Not a lot but I guess with the covid restrictions perhaps not the norm, as per the extended lead time. Overall I'm happy with the chair and would recommend the lounge company.

Very happy with the service and the quality of the corner sofa. Even the delivery firm , who deliver different companies sofa , said it was the most solid build . Love the ‘rain cloud ‘ grey colour and Seat comfort and the depth of it . All told best sofa we’ve bought for a while . Now to buy a footstool to complete it.

Beautiful sofa, quickly installed, quick and easy buying process. Only downside is that it took about 18 weeks to arrive even though the fabric wasn't out of stock. I blame the pandemic but I would definitely buy again

Delighted with the chair, excellent quality and exactly as described. Only issue we had was the length of manufacture, although the company took time to explain the supply problems they were experiencing. Would definitely purchase again from this organisation.
