We’ve got the best furniture makers in the country for starters; we’re part of a group which includes Parker Knoll, G Plan and Duresta, and have been making fantastic quality sofas and chairs for decades - it’s safe to say we know our stuff. Our craftsmen have tested and tweaked every one of our twelve sofas and six chairs over and over again to get them just right. Our frames are thoroughly thought through, made in the UK and guaranteed for 10 years.

Feb 25,2021So 5 months on I am still waiting for the buttons to be placed on my sofa, the technician arrived to place them but The lounge company forgot to include the attachments. So they let the sofa leave the workshop without the buttons, 5 months waiting for the buttons they forget to supply the attachments, how long will I now wait for them to rectify this mess. Come on Lounge Company, Where's the customer service, its beyond a joke.

The communication from then was good , and the sofa arrived and put together by the delivery service . The quality of the sofa is better than expected , have had lots of compliments

Feb 24,2021Absolutely love our new Briony sofas in racoon nose crushed velvet. So comfy with very deep seats and decent hight at the back. The classic shape looks modern in the velvet fabric. They were a bit delayed due to world fo shortage bit worth the wait. Ordered to lage self Colin cushions as well and they are fab too.

Feb 18,2021Excellent Service Sofa ordered in October and delivered in January. Took a bit longer than expected due to global supply issues, but communication from The Lounge Co. was really good. They were very helpful answering questions when I was ordering too and gave lots of advice on fabrics as I wasn't able to see the exact sofa that I ordered in person.

The easy to clean fabric is great , best bit is how comfortable the sofa is.. one star lost as delivery was late despite a promise if ordered by a certain date it would be delivered by Xmas. I realise COVID was an issue ,but I did question this before ordering and was not told about any delays expected. Despite this I would recommend The Lounge co for the quality of the sofas , and customer service was quick and responsive. Delivery was very good , two people who put the legs on and take away the packaging .

Feb 26,2021Ordered George chair and Rose 3 seater sofa, absolutely love the chair but I wish we had tried the sofa in a store before buying, just a bit tricky to do with the pandemic so we went ahead and ordered as we loved the style. We feel the seat depth isn’t enough and the cushion filling is no where near as robust as that of the George chair. The George chair feels of superior quality to the sofa which is a real shame as we went with this company due to their links with Parker Knoll/Duresta but I’m sorry to say my old M&S sofa was a lot more comfortable.
