Our craftsmen have tested and tweaked every one of our twelve sofas and six chairs over and over again to get them just right. Our frames are thoroughly thought through, made in the UK and guaranteed for 10 years.
Choosing and buying was very easy. However, the product arrived damaged (material was ripped). I reported this to The Lounge Co and they immediately arranged for a repair. Unfortunately it took 11 weeks before the repair could be made. The repair is perfect however. Just a shame it took so long.
Our sofa arrived ahead of time. Communication was excellent. The delivery people were courteous and efficient. Good quality product, and it looks great.

The footstool is great, thought the delivery charge was a bit steep when our local retailer is 2 miles away. Maybe some smaller stock could be delivered there for customer pick ups?
Very good quality sofas which arrived more quickly than we originally expected. Would have given five stars if we hadn’t originally been sent mismatched feet!

I purchased the Holly Sofa just over a year ago, I have had to buy cushion supports as these sag and are not the best quality cushioning, not very impressed considering the price!

This company were worth waiting to buy from. Excellent service, including checking our wallpaper online versus a fabric choice for our sofas. Prompt delivery date given & the courier was polite & on time. A very positive experience & the sofas are exactly what we wanted.
By the way - the below response from Emma is utter rubbish. Nothing was resolved for me. A year on, I’m having issues with the sofa. It’s not very comfortable and it’s money down the drain for me. Think twice before ordering from here - I wish I had. I've looked over some other reviews and have found several other people have had exactly the same experiences as my own with the cushion stuffing not being identical and the sofa arriving scuffed/torn. There is clearly an ongoing issue with the quality of sofas The Lounge Co is producing and I only wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. I bought the Rose sofa and immediately noticed that the cushions weren't sitting properly. The delivery people said it takes a few days for the cushions to settle in, but one cushion seemed ok and the other would sink in and flatten as soon as you sat on it. The Lounge Co sent over an 'independent' technician who said it seemed fine to him. I asked him whether he had even seen the actual sofa in the showroom (I purchased from Chiswick) and if he knew what the Rose sofa is meant to look like. He said he had never been to the showroom and that he isn't familiar with this sofa! He didn't even sit on it, he just took a couple of pictures and left. I physically had to take the faulty seat cushion back to the showroom and put it on their model - the difference was obvious - and only then did the manager agree to replace them! It's ludicrous! The back cushions still aren't right. I then noticed that the back of the sofa was scuffed, torn and had a sharp razor-type object sticking out of it. I only noticed this because the razor damaged my wall. It took months of emailing to try and get this sorted. In all this time, their customer services didn't even have the courtesy to call me. I literally had to request for someone to ring me before they did. They sorted the razor, but refused to repair the damaged fabric, claiming that I must've caused the damage. I'm a single woman, no kids, no pets - I would literally have had to sit there scraping the sofa with sandpaper to manually create the damage that's on the fabric. Their treatment of me and the situation is disgusting and beyond frustrating! I looked up my consumer rights, but they aren't registered with any professional quality control agency like Furniture Ombudsman, so they can basically treat customers how they want without any consequence. I would steer clear of this company. They tempt you in with competitive pricing, but the quality is shockingly poor and the customer service is even worse! My biggest regret is not forking out extra and buying from Loaf!

The chairs we got are excellent; but the process of getting them was torture. Bar one salesperson which we found on the 4th visit to our local store, staff are utterly disinterested in offering any advice or support. On one visit 2 sales people sat on a sofa eating popcorn and gossiping for the 10 minutes we were there, ignoring the potential customers around them. We wanted to buy, they did not want to sell; we left. The one sales person we did get on our 4th visit was fantastic and couldn't do enough to help us, which convinced us to purchase. The arrangements for delivery were also made difficult by an inefficient booking service - who in spite of instructions not to ...kept texting - rather than being more business like with email or land line. I had specifically instructed that the mobile phone number was for emergencies only. The woman who booked delivery sighed and huffed when told that a lorry wouldn't get down our street and made me feel quite uncomfortable. When delivery was made - the chaps were charming but unloaded someone else's chairs first ....!!!
Bought our Rose sofa from The Lounge Co and soon noticed weakness in the left hand side which made the front leg bend. A technician was sent to investigate and discovered that the frame was split right across the front and had collapsed on the front left hand side. Sadly, he informed us that he would not be able to repair and therefore The Lounge Co then emailed us and said that we were not covered for damage and suggested that we were responsible for the damage which is ridiculous as there are only two of us and we are not heavy people. We have always taken great care of our furniture so we were saddened at their response especially as they also suggested that we make a claim on our own house insurance! No offer of repair or exchange or refund was mentioned at all. I was devastated!

Delivery was scheduled a few weeks after the deposit was paid, I received good updates regarding delivery, and the delivery team was polite and friendly. The sofa itself we are soooo pleased with, excellent quality and great value for money.
