Secured me a remortgage deal for over £200/month less (just £430 a month!) on what I would have paid my initial lender once my offer term expired (approx £650 a month). Looking forward to using them again when this new term expires in 2 years or so!

Mar 02,2021We started looking for a house back in August 2020, we found a couple of Mortgage advisers and started the process, we were then told that it was not possible by both to proceed, they effectively gave up on us After looking on the Internet for more options we came across The Mortgage Broker LTD. After speaking with Fiona about our options and the house we wanted, she proceeded to try her upmost to help us, her level of professionalism was top quality, she found us some options and informed us of what she had found, some of them were out of reach but with her advise we managed to find the Mortgage we needed. The process started and having never bought a house before we didn't quite know what to expect, we hit many, many hurdles all of which Fiona and Becca helped us get over, they were committed to getting us to the end of our application and get us the Mortgage we had wanted for so long. Its now March 2021 and we are finally at the end of the process, we cant thank both Fiona and Becca enough, not only for getting us to the finishing line and getting us the Mortgage but for their perseverance and commitment to us, they both stopped at nothing to get us to where we wanted to be, now that we are here we've realised that not all Mortgage Brokers/advisers try their hardest for you, but one things for sure, these do! We would highly advise giving these guys a call if you need any Mortgage help, you will not be dissapointed, we will definitely be using Fiona and Becca in the future.
