Waste of time. Waited 4 months with constant chasing for them to tell me they couldnt find me a mortgage and 'If I can be of any further help, please do not hesitate to contact me.' Wouldnt bother.

I was referred to Jodi following a recommendation from a friend and she, along with Leah, have been incredibly helpful throughout the whole process of understanding my affordability, finding a home and obtaining a mortgage. They were very responsive, always tolerant of any stupid questions I had and happy to jump on a call to talk me through. It's been a pleasure dealing with them both and would happily return in the future.

We can't thank Caroline and Naz enough, they have both been absolutely fantastic! Through a very difficult year and a very difficult situation that we presented, Caroline stuck with us through it all and kept working to get us over the final hurdle. Both ladies are lovely and have helped us so much, so understanding right through. Naz is an absolute star and put up with me being very anxious and helped to put my mind at rest. Two absolute diamonds who have helped more than they know.

Just completed a remortgage with TMB. Fiona Simpson and Matt Hiorns were super helpful. They kept communication up throughout and even supported with issues we had with the lenders solicitors even though that's not their responsibility.

I can't recommend this company highly enough. After being let down by two other major mortgage broker companies, I came across this company. My first point of contact was Oxana Tailor and Matt joined her later on in the process. I am not exaggerating it but from my first call and talking to Oxana, I knew that she was going to make it happen. She is so professional and knows this business inside out. It would have been impossible to buy our first house without her help and support throughout the process. For those out there looking to buy their first, second, third, or whatever houses, give them a call. You won't regret it. I could not wish for a better Christmas gift than the keys to my first ever house. Thank you Oxana and Matt. You guys are amazing!

From start to finish Richard and Nasreen were excellent in helping us to get our mortgage approved and into our new home. It waasn't a easy process as we first approached them at the start of lockdown when the mortgage market seemed to disappear, but they were confident they would be able to get something sorted for us, and they were true to their word. Can't recommend them highly enough, and will certainly use them again in the future.

Very pleased with their professionalisam & client-oriented service. It was a pleasure to deal with TMB Ltd during my first time purchase. Clive was extremely helpful and honest in identifying what was achievable. As a first time buyer there was lots of jargon and confusion about the process of being a property, however Clive was incredibly helpful in alleviating any concerns and explaining things in plain English. After the mortgage had been incepted, Carey continued to keep me updated and checked in regularly to see if things were progressing in the right way. They both made the move and mortgage process incredibly easy and stress free and I am highly thankful to them both. I would highly recommend using TMBL. As an older borrower ( in 60s) I thought I would struggle to get a new mortgage. Leila was fantastic and reassuring throughout. her knowledge of the market and relationship with lenders really made the whole process so much easier and was able to offer me a choice of products. Once the application was submitted Matt Hiorns was attentive and kept me updated throughout the process and was a real pleasure to deal with even chasing my solicitor. i would not hesitate in recommending them and already have. I recently purchased a property using TMB LTD as my brokers. Jack Scarff epitomised professionalism, courtesy, knowledge and engagement, all exacted to the highest standards. Becca Howlett was also on hand at all times, with constant updates and follow ups. There are several aspects I was impressed with; Jack's market penetration and relationship with lenders bettered other brokers, ensuring I got the best deal. TMB ltd's broad suite of offerings also meant theirs was a one stop shop for all mortgage related requirements (e.g. conveyancing, insurance, etc). Their constant availability, flexibility and ability to drive good outcomes were exemplary. I am very pleased with the service. I will avail myself again of this organisation's services. I recommend. Strongly. Indeed, the more complex your requirements are, the more suitable TMB becomes (compared to other providers I approached) because you harness multiple years of subject matter expertise to good effect. When I thought getting a 2nd mortgage was impossible and I thought I might as well try my luck - I approached Anthony Moore - Top man! He gave me honest opinions and laid out all my options. He was very professional and very realistic and practical with everything. He made the whole mortgage process very simple and easy from my end and took care of everything. When we went onto the 2nd stage of the process, Jordan Kay was keeping in touch and giving me daily updates. Again, Jordan was extremely professional throughout and answered all my queries straight away without any hesitation. I am so glad I had approached these guys and going forward they would be the only people I go to. Highly highly recommend them.
