Mar 15,2021I cannot recommend The Mortgage Broker Ltd highly enough after this recent experience that saw them handle 2 pulled mortgage offers, cladding complications, a bridging finance application, oh and a developer who moved the goal posts which required a huge effort to get the mortgages organised in time. With a limited deposit and slightly complicated income (being a contractor/self-employed), a couple of mortgage brokers had either messed me around with a hopeless application or just not looked for me. Jodi spoke to me at length from the beginning to understand my finances and help me understand the process. I honestly could not have done it without her.
