Feb 02,2021I've used The Mortgage Broker before and always had an excellent service. This time I was adding my partner on to my mortgage, transferring equity and paying off a lump sum, so not a straightforward task! I had been quoted massive amounts of money by solicitors to do this, along with the stress of trying to get this all organised before my mortgage term was up. I gave TMB a call and Shane was not only able to save me hundreds, but he and Leah were able to make the process stress free. They did all the chasing up and ensured that I was clear about what I needed to do too. Shane also got us a great life insurance deal for 2 people with high risk occupations! All in all very impressed, again!

Jan 28,2021Clive & Jordan at TMB was incredibly helpful from start to finish. Not only helping secure us a good deal, but also by journeying with us through the process. They also managed to secure us an improved offer after rates dropped further after our initial mortgage offer was secured. However I would say that you should avoid like the plague their referral solicitors O'Neill Patient. We received an abysmal service from them... but that's another story! Clive & Jordan did their best to resolve these issues, were super available & I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Effective communication to get the required information by the lender to proceed. Words can not express enough how Broker Hazvi shone demonstrating her expert knowledge supported by Becca and Jordan to assist from beginning to offer stage. As if this was not enough Hazvi got us a competitive quote for protection insurance and also recommended another competitive quote for building and contents insurance through another colleague Kay. She gave excellent, clear advice both on the mortgage itself, but also other ways we could make the buying process smoother and more efficient. She was always quick to respond to messages, and made plenty of time for our questions over the phone. The entire process went through far quicker than we expected, and she got us a deal we're really happy with. Her teammate Matt Hiorns has also been great.

A great 5 year deal secured with Natwest, when other lenders were less keen, saving us a good chunk of repayment money each month. I can't recommend these guys highly enough.
