Sep 27,2023I lead a non-profit to fight teen suicide in Wisconsin. We solely depend on dozens of adults who volunteer with all of our various campaigns and events to raise money. I wanted to show our appreciation by giving them each a challenge coin. Our coins turned out PERFECT and the process was very easy and the communications were over-the-top. I highly recommend The/Studio for your custom project. They exceeded all my expectations.

Sep 14,2023I did some research to find a company where I could get some custom socks for my sales reps. I saw some good reviews with The/Studio and I have to agree with everything I read about them. They were super easy to work with. There was a ton of flexibility with getting my design just right. Any response I received was in a timely manner. The socks were created and shipped quicker than I anticipated. Lastly, they're super soft and a good quality. Highly recommend!

Sep 07,2023**UPDATED** Since I can't actually respond to their reply, I just want to be clear that I have been in contact with their customer service for the last 3 days and they have not been helpful. I've been ordering custom products from The Studio for over 6 years and every singe time I try to re-order my original order, it becomes much more expensive. This time it tripled in price. I will need to find a new custom patch provider.

Sep 04,2023We have used many patch companies and we gave this one a shot. Ordered over 300 patches and if your going to order from this company a word of advise and this is why.. It took 6 week from start to finish. I send the a clear HD color sample of a FDE/Coyote color and when I looked at the sample it had to get changed 2 times the colors are paper choice and not clear like a color HD chart to go by. the other is it was a 2x3 from hat logo and they had to fix that because it was 3"tall and 2"wide that they did the log. Really have you ever seen a 3"tall hat patch? The color in the final okay was a little on the gray side in the really bad color chart they send you in the sample, not terrible but a little gray as I matched it best I could to the HD clove photo that I sent to them. so I okayed the order and 6-7 weeks patches arrived. I opened them up and the color was a white gray. I going and hope I can add photo so I can show you the patch. My other issue was the black border was awful it did not go around the edge and you can see white gray on the boarder that should be BLACK it was not good quality at all. I was going to let it go and just say okay lets not use this copy any longer and then I received a email please review your experience on your order. So I was honest and did not want a thing in return and after the review I received a follow up we are sorry for the experience you had and want to make it better and we care about making it a better for future customers and you to I guess stay with them? They reviewed it and said because I okayed the proof I out of luck... Okay that's fine and like I said not looking for anything in return and they did ask so when I sent them a full HD color shot of the patch they did not only does it look like junk the border looked like the stitched a black outline and cut next to the black and white shows up uneven everywhere on the 300 patches, it's bad not a good job at all and from the reply they make it sound like okay you agreed to the proof your stuck with your order. And myself as a owner of a pretty good size company if I saw that quality come out I would be not very happy with that job but in so many words it was a go S#*! in your hat of a response. I't seems I may have been dealing with AI Artificial Intelligence. Do yourself a favor just check with a few other companies that really care. I wish I reviewed THE/STUDIO before I did my order. I hope to fine a way to get you folks a photo and judge for yourself. I'm not a DB and when someone is not happy I want to make sure they are because BAD NEWS travels faster then GOOD NEWS and I hate bad news if my name is on it... 09/05/23. Reply, After being completely insulted from your reply by whom ever you have on your team should be replaced on customer service. Like I said in my review, I was going to just let this go and gave you folks an honest reply to a privet experience with The/Studio and after you sent your privet reply You lite me up over it saying I agree and okayed the design and it was like hiring a pro to do the job and the job came in from a completely unexperienced contractor. Let me end with.....Nope! I'm good and will move from dealing The/Studio. Let folks read this and decide for themselves. Post your 1st reply back to me from our discussion and let the folks reed it! I'm pretty sure it would upset them also in the reply your rep sent to me went to the job they wanted right. I have posted some photos of the patch. (photos on reviewYelp.com The/Studio) see all photos... White on outside of black boarder looks awful. Color of center was FDE/Coyote, color of the glove the patch sits on. Not white/gray tone.This is the same glove in a photo I sent your rep whom wrote back the too bad for me message.... I will say this for closing. It would have been totally okay if the patch was even close to the color chart you had on your site. Not close at all and all you had to do is google what FDE of Coyote color palette is and it was Gray and very lite in photos. I know I winded the review for viewers,,,,SORRY!
