Aug 24,2023While my review is delayed, it's not less heartfelt. The Studio helped me create a Memorial patch for my brother-in-law who recently passed. I feel The Studio staff put as much care and attention in this project as if it was their own family member. The patch exceeded our expectations, the process was super positive and easy, their communication was top-notch, and we could not be happier or more grateful for their partnership in this project. I even accidently ordered them twice and they were accommodating in getting me a quick refund for the duplicate order. I can't wait to use them again!

Ordering was user friendly and I don’t think it could have been easier. Their customer support was provided each step of the way to make sure things went smooth. Have to say I was extremely impressed with both customer service and the quality of the products. First, their website was self explanatory and easy to use. It explained the design, proof and production process and kept me updated on timelines for delivery. Second, the customer service team followed up with me personally via phone to ensure I understood the process and was satisfied. Lastly, they followed up and made sure I was happy with the result after delivery was made. Great source for this type of purchase. Plan on using them again. Personally and for my business.

My favorite thing is since my first order I am still working with my original sales agent. When I place an order or inquire she is who I speak with every time. It's nice to work with the same person time and time again. Customer service is top notch.

Aug 29,2023I ordered a small batch of fuzzy chenille patches. The ordering process online was seamless and I was able to submit the order with very little trouble on my side. The team provided a digital proof, which was clear enough for me to approve. They can also provide a physical proof of the patch, but I needed it relatively urgently so I really liked that they gave me the option (very clearly on the site, with expected delivery dates) to forgo that in order to get it sooner. They shipped it out well ahead of schedule and it arrived 5 days before the earliest target date, which was hugely appreciated, as my tailor was already grieved at how late I was getting her the patch 😅 but we are good to go. Thanks The/Studio! Will keep you in mind for future patches.
