Aug 04,2023I believe this company is actually a fraud. I was charged twice at a premium for a mock-up that never conformed to the initial design and then for a round of edits that never came. Their customer service team never responded to scheduled calls. I was told by their online chat this was due to a hold up due by their 'finance department' that never resolved after a week. They refused to offer a refund. The worst service and service experience I have had in years.

The process to create an account, upload my design, receive a draft of the design was seamless. The patches turned out perfectly, and were delivered earlier than initially stated. I would definitely use this company again. By the way, this is not a bot or a paid review. I genuinely leave reviews for most companies I do business with good and/or bad. In this case, I wanted to make sure my experience was shared. Great job guys!

Jul 15,2023Story time- :-). I set out to make a challenge coin for my Work Dog. I went to multiple companies websites and looked through the gallery, and the ordering style. Don't get me wrong there is a ton of good companies out there that make challenge coins. Some more mainstream then others. But I landed with Studio because I liked being able to build my coin and see all the options available to me. But what kept me staying was the customer service I received. It was the fastest and most responsive customer service I have gotten in a long time. They were very good at adding what I wanted. And when I mean what I want. If I wanted 1 dog paw you got one. If you wanted 100 you would get a 100. Which I thought was funny. My only feedback is the following. Trying to work the dashboard from my phone and to add stuff was a difficult. Don't know if it was user error or what. But I found emailing my changes/edits to be easier. Overall 5 stars. Feel free to reach out if needed to elaborate more or anything. Thanks for everything! T.
