I stumbled upon them by chance during a routine Google search, and upon clicking through, I initiated the "freemium" version. The website was user-friendly, offering a concise walkthrough guide of about 5-8 steps. After submitting my information, I was pleasantly surprised when, just five minutes later, my phone rang. Customer service in 2023? I was taken aback! The representative guided me through my order, providing insightful suggestions to enhance the quality of my product. She explained the process, the associated costs, and reassured me of the risk-free nature of the purchase, with the flexibility to cancel anytime. Intrigued, I willingly shared my payment information, and that's when the seamless process truly took charge. A few days, maybe a week later, I received my design. I suggested a modification through the online workflow with accompanying comments. To my surprise, within 2-3 days, I received another link for approval—and guess who was on the other end of the phone? The same person! Impressive! The iterations continued until I was absolutely thrilled with the digital proof, and it was sent off to the production machines. About 1-1.5 weeks later, a photo of the final patch was provided online. I had the option to suggest up to two modifications and re-run the process, but it turned out to be unnecessary. The result was flawless. The remaining order was delivered within 5 business days, meeting their original target. Not many companies boast such a streamlined and customer-centric process. Kudos to The Studio for a job well done! I greatly admire the process, the product was exceptional, and I look forward to placing another order in the future!

The process to create the specific product I wanted was very detailed and The Studio ensured that I reviewed the samples several times before final approval was given and the process of manufacturing started. I spend my own personal money on these items rather than the company I work for and want the best quality available on the market for what i'm looking for. I had an idea of what I wanted to create and The Studio exceeded my expectations.

Dec 13,2023A company that had so much potential and we made many products with them that were successful but the last batch was just cheap Chinese quality. Guess they wanted to make more money and changed their manufacturer in China. The follow-up from this company is the worst in the business, they do not respond to emails or calls. We have been reaching out to them for the past 7 months to get our promised refund. Do not work with this company!
