I had the opportunity to make adjustments as they were needed before they were approved for production, but they honestly got it figured out within two tries. They even arrived a few days earlier than expected. Excellent job! I will be getting so many more!

So glad I did because the patches turned out amazing and were nearly two weeks ahead of the anticipated delivery date. I’ll definitely use them for my next project!

The designer quickly simplified the work so that it was appropriate for embroidered patches while keeping the desired elements, look and feel of the original design. The manufacture and delivery process was faster than I anticipated and the quality is excellent. Overall a great studio to work with and am very pleased with the result.

I've used them to do some boosting for 3 crowd-funded projects as giveaways for early backers or as extra add-ons to help boost the total funding level of a project. The experience is easy and their pricing is very affordable, especially with all the sales notices they send your way!

We actually reached out to 3 other companies who advised me to search their site and did not provide any customer service. The/Studio assisted me every step of the way. The final product exceed out expectations and we will be using The/Studio yearly. Wish more companies treated customers in this manner. So thankful I found The/Studio on the web. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Nov 18,2023From the start of our design to make a patch to the completed project, the employees were always helpful and even made suggestions as how to improve design. Every time a change was made the design department acknowledged our changes and went about making them in a very timely manner and we were always kept abreast of the status of our order. Another reason we like The/Studio is the pricing of their products. Very reasonable and great quality.

The only reason I didn't rate them five stars was because the process took longer than I expected. But other than that small issue, I think you can't go wrong with using them.

Nov 15,2023Items ordered then the majority cancelled when they are in the sale so you end up paying £4.95 delivery for items you probably wouldn’t have ordered. Waited two weeks for an order, when I contacted them I was told it was due to a new system delaying orders, no email to advise you of said delay until you finally get through to their customer service team for them to tell you there’s no date of when it will arrive yet an order placed today for the same items has been despatched the same day(although once again the sale items are now out of stock) Poor customer relations with no customer care. Edit: I’ve been in touch and had no resolution and no delivery time frame and no option to cancel so when it/if it arrives I will have to pay to have it returned

The people at the studio worked with me through the proofing stage to get me exactly what I wanted, and I couldn't be more pleased. The cost was reasonable, the patches are high quality and they arrived quickly.
