Dec 18,2012We wanted something different for Christmas lunch starters and so decided to have small plates of tapas, but didn't want to buy from supermarkets. Delighted to find The Tapas Lunch Company online and bought almost everything we needed. Can't wait to try it all and surprise our family with our inventiveness (at 70, we still love all things Spanish). Delivery and all communications were excellent - we'll be back online with TTLC very soon!

Dec 18,2012I received my first parcel perfectly and was so delighted I made a second order. This, however, has left me disappointed. Among my order were two empanadas de atun, which were reduced to half price. Firstly I was unable to apply the discount - though this was done for me. But then my order arrived, WITHOUT, the empanadas. I called and left a message, and was called back. It was agreed with the chap on the phone that the empanadas would be sent to me, and that he would call to confirm. I never received a call and nothing has arrived! I still don't know what is going on.

Dec 18,2012I am following a low sodium diet and Carmencita was the only product I could find with no added sodium chloride/ salt. It tastes the same as other low sodium salts but with the added advantage of being 100 percent salt free. I am please with the product and service from The Tapas Lunch Company.

Dec 17,2012Super quick, super convenient, super product. VERY minor quibble - your checkout screen includes a section where you can leave a note for the delivery driver. Excellent feature - all webstores should include it. But, you seem to have a ludicrously small character limit on this? My instructions weren't at all complicated but it was very tricky to convey the small amount of info within the tiny limit. Nevertheless, product was delivered on time and to instruction so whoever Actually reads them must be half decent at creative interpretation.

Dec 16,2012Up until two weeks ago didn't even know they existed! Can't believe it! We normally have to bring big supplies back from Spain when we visit the family! My dad is from andalusia and has lived here for nearly thirty years but still loves his Spanish treats! Was very very impressed with all the Christmas sweets you guys have. But expensive it has Rome for improvement Than you Gracias 😌please do not ask for a reviw or rating if you don't like people opinion, and you are goin to get upset, if you only won't to get good review you should have specified I did not ask for your opinion.

Everything was easy to order, postage is not excessive and my goods arrived well packaged and in a very short time scale. All in all, I am so happy to have found The Tapas Lunch Company and will be a regular customer.

Dec 15,2012I recently wrote a somewhat snotty review about TTLC's service following a slight delay in their delivery a gift pack of Christmas sweets that I had ordered. As they countered on this site, they simply had a temporary out-of-stock issue, which they kept me fully informed about, and were very apologetic that this might delay the order by a few days. I was hasty, I was harsh, I was judgemental - ¡lloro a chorros al pensarlo! Because when the gift box arrived, containing ten (count 'em!) different boxlets of old favourite Spanish sweets, there was great delight in my household. It's not easy or cheap to get this stuff in this country, but what TTLC provided was really excellent value. Lo siento muchísimo. Y feliz Navidad a todos. Hugo James

In one case I gave the wrong address. A phone call to Tapas and help from Johnathan, sorted it out without fuss. A great company. Paul
