Jul 15,2023There was no clear indication that my time line to review and request a revision was so short. The writer and editor were quick with the first draft. So quick in fact that my time expired before the due date from the author. I basically lost my 3 included revisions.

Jul 12,2023The first writer did a horrible job and I was given a choice to choose another writer, so thanks for that. The second writer was much better. My biggest complaint is the platform. Difficult to maneuver. Several times there was supposed to be something to click on that wasn't there and I had to ask admin to get involved. Also, I was never able to actually see what the editors did as it went straight to the writer to make changes.

When I did the @ in the messages for admin no one ever got back to me. contacting you should be far more user friendly and obvious. Until your call, I did not even realize there were two sites. As they are both yours, I would still recommend adding an easy way to contact you through BOTH sites.
