Aug 05,2024I wish I could give 0 stars they don’t even deserve 1 star! I have had an issue ongoing with them since April! It is now August and stilll no resolution different people from customer service email and ask for the same details again and again. They said I would get a refund asked for my bank details a month later I still have not been refunded back!

Jul 25,2024My watch is perfectly okay but the strap has a fault after wearing just for a few months. It’s caught in some of my clothes,bedding and scratched me. I sent an email some weeks ago now and am still awaiting a reply. At the moment the watch is in my drawer as I can’t wear it in case it catches in my clothes. Not much good having a watch if you can’t wear it!!!!!

Jul 09,2024This does not let me give zero stars, if you want to be sold a faulty item the be gaslit when you email customer services then go ahead. I have been back and forth with them since the middle of March, told to send the watch to be repaired then denied all knowledge of the repair company. I am still waiting for a 'refund' that was promised a month ago. Please do not waste your time. I cannot express how disappointed I am.

Apr 16,2024I bought a watch from watch hut. But I need to return the watch. I have to pay return cost and there is no customer service telephone. I have contacted 3 times by email after 10 days passed my return for full refund. Finally one of customer service team replied after 2 emailed ignored. I can't believe how this company still survive in a such competitive business world with a such poor customer service.

Mar 15,2024This watch has an attractive design, and is working perfectly up to now. The combination of colours (black on gold) make it a bit difficult to see and i have to hold it under a light. Also, if used as an alarm, it is best used as a supplementary to an alarm-clock as the beep is rather quiet and short-lasting.
