Horrible ordered more than a week ago, product never shipped yet.

Money transaction was quick and easy. Still waiting on email confirmation with proof of purchase and delivery info. Also I stated my urgency on needing this shipped quickly since I have customers waiting on product from me and can not be completed without the new lathe. Ordered on Monday was charged in full on Monday and now it's Friday still no email or any info letting me know what is going on. Feeling like I should've purchased from Little machine shop also in California. Received my last order from them in 4 days. Hoping this review will trigger some sort of response since customer service is the most important part of being in and staying in business

The Sales team are hard to work with they can never give you a clear ETA. I ordered a product and was told they would get shipped as soon as possible my client needs them. I am discouraged it has almost been 2 weeks since we ordered the product. When I call they can't provide any information. Not too reliable the sales team. Better communication between buyers and or operations and Sales Team. Please explain.

Ordered a part 2 weeks ago. Just called to check on its status, as I still haven't received any shipping details, and was told its a drop ship item and I should get an email from whoever is sending the item. So got no real information about my order and I'm not sure when or if it's going to be delivered.

Got Everything I need completely fine and quick. But no email with a cc receipt and the password reset function will not work (times out instantly) to let me sign into my account. Not answering calls right now either... Sales answered the call. Good phone service
Going on week 6, Still haven't shipped my order after I cancelled the items they didn't have in stock. All items where in stock when ordered. Order was billed the day I order it ,already had to pay my credit card. Worse Business Practices I have ever delt with. I just get a run around with them reaching out to their warehouse. Not looking foward to dealing with the credit card company if this order never ships
I would like my merchandise that I purchased asap. No email confirmation of payment, I called several times no one would help me. I was at the warehouse when I made that purchase. I asked the girl if I could come back the next day. She said wait for email. It’s been a week. I spent 10k I would like the rest of my purchase please . Thank you
Order was never received, no response from customer service even after calling & emailing multiple times. Now asking for a review, maybe it should be checked that it was actually received by the customer. Very poor experience, when will I receive the order & get any kind of update????

Tried this on a lark, wasn’t expecting much. More than pleasantly surprised upon getting the goods. I will use them again.

I did not receive an order conformation email. I called to confirm my order and was sent an order conformation email upon request.
i placed an order and couple of day later i tried contacting them by phone to speak to someone about my order but kept getting put on hold for long periods and now one ever picks up i tried that many time and always the same thing put on hold for 10,15,and 30 minutes and no one answers. Stay Away
Everything was great, as it should be and I am happy to be doing business with them again. Kind of loss track of them, a good company and prices were right.
Back on December 21st, I placed an order for annular cutters. In the beginning of January, I called to see where my order was and they said that two different items were on back order. They said they sent me an email asking if I wanted to proceed (I never got any emails). I called them to proceed with the rest of the order and to refund me the difference. They said on February 6th that I would receive that refund. Well that came and went. I have called and emailed several times only to get their message box or rarely someone on the other line. Today someone answered and I was told that they would pass my info along to their supervisor who would then reach out to Finance. I asked for specific contact info and even they said that they cannot provide me with that info. I have ordered from this place before and had some really good luck. I am only giving 2 stars because I received a partial order and I had prior orders that were perfect with no issues. I am owed $140 and am beginning to wonder if I will ever see it. It's now been 3 1/2 months since I placed my order. My order number is 100292340

Apr 22,2024I made a parts order for around $1,000 including shipping. Toolots lost it for over a month. Multiple calls and emails to shippers and Toolots were fruitless, Toolots never once responded. With about 20 calls, I got a human at Toolots once. Now a shipper is coming after me for $55 per day storage for the shipment due to collect freight charges since Toolots didn't pay them, and didn't answer their calls for weeks. It's hard to say how bad this basic order is going to get before it is over with. I'm currently on a call with Toolots with their typical 'open line, background noise'. Call them and try to get in touch with someone in order status or returns, you'll see. Edit: Toolots is bankrupt, court information is publicly available via a google search
