May 09,2024Scam site. Ordered on 04/24/2024, waited 1 week and ordered never shipped. Contacted them and was told they would escalate to their warehouse. Waited another 6 days and contacted them, was told the same thing. They never Shipped Order after repeated phone calls. I was told they have no way of "calling" their warehouse to ship it. The excuse was, they are in process or moving to a new warehouse.

May 08,2024no answers, placed an order on 4-8-24, still hasn't shipped, no one can tell me when, just send a link to a portal that tells me nothing,even though the order was paid in full at time of order. used to be able to depend on toolots. now its like depending on a toddler at best, sad to see this company go down hill so fast and furios, have been checking every week sometimes twice a week and still nothing for a month now. Still no Answers,

May 07,2024When I placed the order, delivery was supposed to be on April 29th. Today is May 7th and you haven’t even sent the autoclave yet. Nobody call me, nobody send the email. I called and they are just apologized, that’s it. Nothing change

May 07,2024Toollots, rpmhardware and Bolton tools are all owed by the same owner as I just find out. I have gotten the worst service, customer service from these companies that I have ever dealt with ever placing an orders online. I Placed a order over a month ago from tool lots and the order still did not ship out after 3 weeks so I cancelled the order over a week ago and still do not see the credit back on my credit card. I Called the customer service department and after being on hold for over 25 min I was hung up on from the representative, after calling back a the second time and waiting another 20 min the person tells me it could be up to 4 weeks to get my money back. In the mean time I ordered the tool from RPMhardware not knowing at the time they are the same company, I was told I would have the tool in 1 week. It is now 3weeks later and still no shipping info. Do your self a favor, do not buy from any of these 3 companies, look there reviews up on line and the better business bureau, you will find out for yourself they are not good to do business with. Update today is may 7. I have been calling since they opened this morning, at least a dozen times. I wait on hold for over 30 min someone pick up the phone does not say anything for about 4 min and then hangs up. I guess if your moving you should not be taking ordered at this time, and telling customers they will have there product on a certain date and 4 weeks later still don’t have the product. This company should be closed up from the the state of California with all the negative reviews all over the internet. It is a disgrace.

May 06,2024I have been chasing my order for 2 weeks now, and when you ring they tell you different story every time. your company could actually write a TV series . they lie and very unprofessional . today 5/6/24 still don't know what is happening to my order. not sure what else to do, I ask for a supervisor to ring me back and that did not work either, you guys need to wake up and control your company!!!!!

May 04,2024HELLO I PLACED AN ORDER WITH BOLTON TOOLS ON APRIL 22 TRANSACTION CLEARD IMMEDIATELY AFTER PAYING I RECIVED A AUTO RESPONSE SAYING I WOULD GET TRACKING INFO VIA EMAIL UPON SHIPPING several days now no shipping info no package customer service is pure crap they all say its pending shipping item has not been shipped they refuse to refund my money in full danger do not purchase it here run go anywhere but bolton temu is probably better andthats crap too yet faster coming from China then southern California to northern California

May 03,2024Went weeks without getting any shipping/tracking information. Finally received package, then two weeks after I received the product I received the tracking confirmation. What a mess. So took weeks to ship, shipped with no email confirmation and then sent shipping confirmation weeks after receiving the package. Received shipping notification/email a month to the day of placing the order.

May 03,2024The worst. Kept my money, never shipped anything at all. Holding my money hostage while they review my order. Has been weeks. I asked for a refund; never received. They told me it would be 30-45 days before a supervisor for even look at my order. I filed a chargeback bc I cancelled the order and was not refunded. Credit card company is dealing with it. Horrible experience.

May 01,2024do not buy from. they are a huge scam. customer service is horrible. they will tell you they will offer you a refund, and then never will. they will screen your calls. we have been trying to get our money back for almost a year now.. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Hdwe, vylvsn tools answered the phone and the reveotionist eho answered kast week promised to trace where within your ordering process my order mught be. This is ridiculous. it has been 18 days since order!!! We need as much notice as possible re shipment because we have to get a forklift on site to unload it. please have a representative of upur companie(s) work with us.
