I am very grateful that they sell the product at a low price. It has been 2 weeks since I placed the order and paid, but there has been no contact. I wanted to get it as soon as possible, so I tried to go and pick it up in person, but there was no confirmation email that the order had been received, and I called about 20 times to find my item, but I couldn't get through. Then it connected once, but it just told me to wait more. Please make improvements so that orders and deliveries can be made more quickly.
Its been over a week from the purchase date 05/14/24 and no one can give me a ship date as of 05/22/24. The team that answers to check tracking says they can not talk to the warehouse directly and will email them to find out what is going on and ask me for 1 more day. If no information is found out by tomorrow I am cancelling the order for a full refund.
The tool that I ordered is good. The communication from Toolots was very poor. I got no updates other than the ones that I initiated. It also took over 5 weeks to get the tool. Don't use this company
We had two items delivered recently. I have never experienced such a fast turn around. Packing was great, no marks or dents. Very satisfied.
I have to write another review because the toollot answer is not true. The order was not placed on May 15th like they said but on April 19th. We email, called at least 10 times and no delivery dates was ever given.
Your customer service is terrible. I'm still waiting on answers the status of the 2 orders I placed last week. I call and get hung up on or no one can answer my simple question/ request.
Well the battery reader dosen't work and I had to use pliers to thread the charging wire on and then the battery charger got so hot you needed gloves to pick-it up. But I'm using it and I'll live with it!!!!

I've waited over 2 weeks for Toolots to ship me an item they say is "in stock". I've called them 3 times and all they can tell me is the order is still being processed.

Lack of customer service Placing an order was easy but once they had my money there was no follow up on my order. Several emails sent with no response.

Your website is not responsive and doesn’t update the user’s account. Once the confirmation of an order is posted, it disappears and there is no way to confirm the status of an order because it’s not in the account under “Orders”. Other than waiting for notification for pickup….. no updates are sent. DO NOT SHIP. I CHOSE PICKUP AT COLTON.
June went above and beyond to help me!! The front desk lady would not transfer me back to him when I got disconnected. Finally found another number and the guy routed me to June to finish my order!
This chiller is a great machine and very easy to use.
Appears to be a good product, good price, and reasonable shipping costs.

May 24,2024Double charged my credit card. After 10 days I still don't have a shipping update and two phone and email messages have went unanswered. 6 weeks later they wont ship my items or refund my money!!
