Ordering was easy my order got here quick everything was OK just on why am I got the wrong part for my welder which I needed that bad because I have bad legs and being able to work it with my hands instead of my feet would’ve been great so thanks a lot for the good job

I’m missing a crucial part to put the item together and I reported it however I have not received a follow up on when or even if I’m going to receive the part I need.

Product works very efficiently. Manual is difficult to clearly understand set up.
Ordered on Monday, did not noy ship till Wednesday. Convenient for you but not for the customer.
Fast shipping and great prices
I called for a price, was promptly given a price. I then took that price and quoted it to my customer. My customer took a day to review the quote. I called back to order a day later, the price increased 40%, asked to speak to manager and they didn't / couldn't help. I had to bite the bullet and order the product, and the shipping was almost $400 (almost 50% of the product cost). I will never use this company again.
We ordered a refrigerator that was being shipped from Califoria and were told that it would take 7 to 10 days to deliver. We asked to be notified when it would arrive because our delivery location is unmanned and we need to have someone there when the shipment would arrive. (Order Number #100270997 placed October 6, 2023 8:29:49 AM PDT) The tracking number that we were supplied did not work. (CTBV 33232598) After 7 days we called Toolots to see when it would arrive. Toolots told us to call the Carrier (the transport company that was shipping the refrigerator). (Tel: 310-672-8800). We called and told us that it was on its way but could not confirm when it would arrive. We called the Carrier again after bout 10 days. Again the Carrier told us that they could not tell us when it would arrive. (we asked them to let us know when it would be shipped to us. the next day the shipping, apparently, delivered the refrigerator and there was no-one there to receive it and returned it back to the trucking company storage. The next day we called the trucking company and were told that they did deliver it the day before but there was no-one to accept it, therefore they returned it back to their depot and would not deliver until they received the authorization from Toollots to deliver. We asked "why didn't you call us before delivery?" The carrier informed us that the delivery slip from Toolots did not request to call before deliv We called Toolots. We were informed that because there was no-one there to receive the shipment we would have to pay redelivery and storage charge. We told them repeatedly that we needed to know which day it would be delivered so that we could have someone there to receive it. (We were told by their representative or employee that Toolots does not guarantee when any order would be delivered therefore we were responsible to the redelivery and storage charge. We asked him that, if necessary, to take it up with their supervisor because when we ordered the refrigerator we had specified to be informed when the shipment would arrive. We called the Carried, the following day "Unified Logistics, 888-608-6434. They informed us that they were waiting for the Toolots authorization to redeliver. Two days later, we called Toolots, again. Toolots representative told us that the refrigerator would be returned back Toolots warehouse because we refused to pay for storage and redelivery. Yesterday, November 1, 2023 we received an email from Toolots asking us to pay $250 for storage and $68 for redelivery. We informed Toolots, via email, that we are a not for profit organization and cannot pay the $250 for storage and should not pay the $68 for redelivery because it was an error of Toolots for not identifying to the Carrier to "call before delivery". Now we are requesting Toolots for a refund of the $2,111.39, the cost of the fridge. We advised the credit card company which we used for this transition, "Citibank Visa" to open a dispute to the charge of $2,111.39 from Toolots. We have many emails and telephone records to support and confirm the above genuine experience. (Also recorded with " Logistics Only (TOOLOTS)" Bernardo

Good information on the products and the site is easy to navigate. Everything smooth up to the shipping. The shipping company wasn’t really good with updates. After I scheduled delivery they didn’t show up until the next day. I had an appointment with my doctor and when I got home the box was sitting in my parking area. Could ask the shippers to do better on their part
