Oct 15,2023It’s pretty clear that you won’t get any sort of response from this company unless you leave a review. I highly recommend avoiding this company. It has been two weeks since they accepted my money and still nothing to show for it. Not even an email response after three separate attempts. I have a suspicion that there is no actual product.

Oct 15,2023No one at clicklease or toolots gives a damn that I have been paying for three months without the dual press that I have been paying for! It’s a scam they both blame the manufacturer and say I’m sorry but just keep giving us your monthly payment and shut up! There is nothing we can do! Supervisors don’t return calls because it’s not there protocol for the company of toolots or clicklease upper management!

Oct 13,2023Price is great and delivery time was phenomenal. After the sale hasn't been great. Ultrasonic cleaner showed up very quickly and in great shape visually. Once we got it set up and the plug wired in it just doesn't work. I called to get some assistance and was told someone would be in contact with me regarding the issue. Still have heard nothing several days later and now i have a $4,000 paper weight sitting in my shop. I would be happy to change this to 5 stars to reflect the initial experience once rectified. Allow me to update my review. 11/27/23 This company is an absolute JOKE! Save your hard earned money and use literally anyone else. Doesn't matter what extension you choose when you call its always the same lady who "takes note" of complaints and then does nothing. I've made multiple request to speak to anyone in charge or simply someone above the operator. NOPE. As to their snarky reply to check my email, its hard to check for something never sent.
