I spoke with a Customer service Rep named Lovely . Not only was she Lovely in voice, she was very knowledgeable in answering every question. It was the main reason including a 7% discount I ordered a Fat Tire E-scooter. She saved me $168.49. Artificial intelligence (A.I) can never replace the human touch!!

You took my order, sent me a confirmation, and then THREE WEEKS LATER you tell me that part of the order didn't ship to my customer. This is after I've already billed my customer for the order. Then, instead of voiding the first order and starting over, you make a supplement order for two traffic cones, which cost me $22.00 in additional shipping charges.

Ordered a skid steer shredder paid for it also paid the credit card bill 2 weeks went by the stink meter went off started calling and emailing kept being told it was shipped no dice, finally contacted Landy behind your backs and found out they and you didn't have one this all started August 13 still to this day October 5 no credit back to my credit card and when I call I get the same guy that is not help Just a lot of I don't know I can't control that. I will never deal with you again and3 everyone I know will not either. Now give me my 2600.00 back

BUYER BEWARE! This merchant is not upfront and clear about their refund processing policy and timeframe they “need to process” a refund. I canceled my order on the day I placed it and three days later I get an email saying it’ll be approx 1 month before I can get a refund for the $ Why you gotta hold $ for a month? Prob not going to order again in the future with this company, too many other choices.

Like the machine works great would of been nice if came with directions on how to put it together took me awhile but I figured it out dilvery was fast people I spoke with were great and helpful would not have any problem telling people to deal with company

Stay far away from this company!! I sent back an embroidery machines as we had issues with it from the start. i was to have my return by 8/30/23 on payment, which it is now 10/3/23 and I haven't seen anything. I have been calling since 9/12 and I constantly get, "they are waiting on a response from accounting" which clearly they're not doing anything. I have asked to email accounting directly or a number to talk to them but they wont give it up. Legal action is the only step to get through with this company apparently.

Electric Scooter arrived and will NOT take a charge. Tried for 2 days and battery will not charge. Cannot drive at all. Thank you for your response. I called technical support and the ONLY resolution is to return the Scooter which I have waited 2 weeks for. This is VERY INCONVENIENT!
