Called customer service yesterday and was told they were "waiting on warehouse" and I should get email today. Still have not received email or update where my tool is, but you charged my Visa card $1500.00 on Monday September 18th for it...

Sep 28,2023Customer service was not responsive. There were multiple issues with shipping and I had to call multiple times to get the issues resolved. Customer service was not proactive nor helpful at times. No issues with the actual product. Items were damaged in shipping (which is a 3rd party) and not deal t with in a timely or appropriate manner. Based on my customer service experience, I would be reluctant to use this company again despite the good price and the quality of the product. It was too much time and energy on my end rather than on the company's end to resolve.
