I will like to say thank you to Stacey for taking that time out to explain the renewal of my Landlord Insurance. She was extremely professional with her approach and made me feel comfortable even thou my new policy payments had increase. Email can’t receive at all I have not received my documents yet but received emails to rate how good service provided. Took nearly 10 days after quotation was provided. Ring and left massage no recalled. After trying no joy send emails then call back. Very poor service.

Great choice of policies, very competitive rates and easy finance options. Added to superb customer service, I wish I had been an NRLA member before and heard of them previously. Often the phone went to a 'leave your number' voicemail - they follow up with a call and get things progressed with ease

How refreshing to meet such efficiency, calmness and professionalism right from the start. Within half an hour of idly filling in their web page to obtain figures, I was phoned and given a proper quote with no pressure. I was advised correctly about not starting straight away so these details were saved for me. Then on the dot as promised I was phoned back the following week and helped to complete it, with total patience for my millions of questions. Just clean and calm advice. Deserves an award from me.
