All questions were welcomed and she ensured I was clear on all points of the policy options. Despite already offering a very competitive policy price to my renewal cost, Stephanie happily made a number of minor adjustments to ensure the cover was absolutely right, and that I understood the comparisons and was not paying- or covering - more than was needed. The service was great, Stephanie updated me on email with various comparisons, but also made sure she could talk to me to check in. Really very happy and would recommend to anyone seeking any kind of property related insurance.
