Website crashed a couple of times while going through the quote. Ended up calling but the call handler Fara was fantastic. Went through everything explaining throughout very helpful and polite. She had a wealth of knowledge to my questions. Very happy with the insurance that I took out. Also the 20% discount from the my deposit scheme. When my other property comes up I will be going straight to Hamilton Fraser. Very happy landlord.

I bought this insurance through NRLA and though it was a struggle to deal with the team to get this done (far too many emails going round and round), the policy seems really good value and seems to cover what is needed to feel secure as a landlord. But only time will tell when a claim needs to be made.
