Jul 15,2023I found the website easy to use and the premium very competitive. I like the fact that NRLA members receive a discount. I also spoke to some of the agents on the phone and they were very helpful. My only regret is that having gone through the quotation process on-line, the final page states that an agent will call back in one working day. I was not able to accept and purchase the policy on-line, the same as with some other insurers, hence 4 stars. It got to near the end of the next day and in the end I had to phone. That was not that easy as having waited I needed to leave a message. But they did call back relatively quickly.
